Je werkt binnen het Financial Services Tax-team in Amsterdam en vertaalt complexe ontwikkelingen naar haalbare, commerciële adviezen. Je geeft richting aan multidisciplinaire opdrachten en bouwt relaties op met klanten en collega's, met focus op groei van de praktijk en coaching van junioren. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Adviseren van financiële instellingen en investeerders over complexe Nederlandse en internationale direct tax-vraagstukken
• Leiden en coördineren van adviesprojecten zoals herstructureringen, transacties en financieringen
• Vertalen van fiscale ontwikkelingen naar praktische, commerciële adviezen for klanten
• Aansturen van projectteams en samenwerken met collega's uit andere tax disciplines
• Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties en signaleren van nieuwe kansen
• Begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van consultants en senior consultants
• Toezicht houden op kwaliteit, deadlines en budgetten en duidelijke documentatie van werkzaamheden

Belangrijkste vereisten

• WO-opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie

• Voor Manager: circa 5-8 jaar relevante ervaring in internationale fiscale adviespraktijk

• Voor Senior Manager: ruime relevante ervaring met zelfstandig aansturen van complexe opdrachten en klantrelaties

• Sterke vaktechnische kennis van vennootschapsbelasting en internationale fiscaliteit, bij voorkeur met ervaring in herstructureringen, withholding tax, financieringen, transacties, tax governance of fiscale positiebeheersing

• Ervaring met projectmanagement, coaching en begeleiden van minder ervaren collega's

• Lead and coordinate large finance projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
