Overview

In this role you operate in an international, dynamic environment, managing statutory bookkeeping, accounting and tax compliance for corporate and private clients. You will support audits and work on setup, changes and restructurings while collaborating with the legal account manager. The position emphasizes understanding clients' businesses and delivering a personal, high impact service. You'll contribute to client acceptance, new structures and ongoing transaction monitoring in Amsterdam.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Statutory bookkeeping and accounting for client entities
• Tax compliance and assistance with audits
• Transactions, changes, setup and restructuring of client structures
• Collaborate with the legal account manager
• Client acceptance for new clients and onboarding of new structures
• Transaction monitoring and ongoing client input
• Work on-site in Amsterdam at least 3 days/week with some home office
• Demonstrate understanding of clients' business and provide high involvement service

Belangrijkste vereisten

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services or financial sector (preferably with a trust office)

• Degree in Accounting

• Knowledge of IFRS is an asset

• Excellent command of English and Dutch (written and spoken)

• Stress-resistant, team player with can-do mentality

• Strong organizational skills, international mindset, hands-on, accurate, flexible, responsible

• Experience with client onboarding and structuring is implied

• Office location Amsterdam; 3 days/week in office, 1-2 days/week remote
