Overview

In deze rol neem je inhoudelijk eigenaarschap over leeroplossingen voor diverse opdrachtgevers en vertaal je leervragen naar doeltreffende ontwerpen. Je werkt nauw samen met designers, projectmanagers en engineers en stemt af met klanten. Je ontwikkelt leerstrategieën, bewaakt didactische kwaliteit en begeleidt implementatie. Je profiel past bij een creatieve, multidisciplinaire organisatie die impact maakt met e-learning.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Analyseren van leerbehoefte en context
• Ontwikkelen van leerstrategie en didactisch ontwerp
• Faciliteren van werksessies met inhoudsexperts
• Uitwerken van en sturen op didactische ontwerpen en storyboards
• Bewaken didactische kwaliteit tijdens ontwikkeling
• Advies geven over implementatie en borging
• Delen van kennis en denken over standaarden en trends
• Coachen van junioren (bij senior niveau)
• Zelfstandig leiden van complexe projecten (medior/senior)

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau in relevante achtergrond

• Meerdere jaren ervaring als onderwijskundige / learning consultant

• Kunnen vertalen van complexe inhoud naar didactisch ontwerp

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholder-ervaring

• Gestructureerde aanpak en projectoverzicht

• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en goede Engels

• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week

• Ervaring met e-learning/storyboarding en Articulate Rise/Storyline

• Ervaring met blended design, leercampagnes, gedragsverandering of evaluatie/ meetbaarheid

• Affiniteit met UX/visual design en samenwerking met designers

As a Transformation Consultant in DTS&I, you help clients evolve their digital capabilities through strategic IT transformations. You engage with international, cross-functional teams to design innovative, cloud-focused solutions that modernize application landscapes. You'll support portfolio growth, contribute thought leadership, and advance your own development in a globally connected environment. This role offers exposure to C-level clients and the chance to shape high-impact digital journeys.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Engage with C-level executives to design and advise on innovative digital transformation solutions
• Drive modernization of clients' IT landscapes, including cloud adoption and application modernization
• Contribute to portfolio development, thought leadership, and sales support; stay current with industry training
• Collaborate in an international team focused on IT Strategy & Operating Models, Platform & Application Architecture
• Participate in professional development programs and leverage cross-functional learning opportunities
• Work on international consulting projects and translate client needs into actionable architectures and roadmaps

Belangrijkste vereisten

• More than 6 years of experience in consulting activities in complex IT transformations, enterprise/application architecture, or business platform environments

• Master's degree or equivalent IT affinity

• Experience in business development at CIO/IT management level

• Willingness to travel internationally to client sites

• Training and certifications in DevOps, ITIL, ITSM solutions, SAP and Cloud technologies (desirable)

• Fluent Dutch and English

• Residence in the Netherlands

• Strong communication and presentation skills
