Overview

As a Transformation Consultant in DTS&I, you help clients evolve their digital capabilities through strategic IT transformations. You engage with international, cross-functional teams to design innovative, cloud-focused solutions that modernize application landscapes. You'll support portfolio growth, contribute thought leadership, and advance your own development in a globally connected environment. This role offers exposure to C-level clients and the chance to shape high-impact digital journeys.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Engage with C-level executives to design and advise on innovative digital transformation solutions
• Drive modernization of clients' IT landscapes, including cloud adoption and application modernization
• Contribute to portfolio development, thought leadership, and sales support; stay current with industry training
• Collaborate in an international team focused on IT Strategy & Operating Models, Platform & Application Architecture
• Participate in professional development programs and leverage cross-functional learning opportunities
• Work on international consulting projects and translate client needs into actionable architectures and roadmaps

Belangrijkste vereisten

• More than 6 years of experience in consulting activities in complex IT transformations, enterprise/application architecture, or business platform environments

• Master's degree or equivalent IT affinity

• Experience in business development at CIO/IT management level

• Willingness to travel internationally to client sites

• Training and certifications in DevOps, ITIL, ITSM solutions, SAP and Cloud technologies (desirable)

• Fluent Dutch and English

• Residence in the Netherlands

• Strong communication and presentation skills
