Zoek jij een rol als Data Architect waarin je écht impact maakt op de Nederlandse zorgsector? Wil jij vanaf de grond af aan een modern datalandschap ontwerpen in plaats van achteraf platen tekenen? Bij het Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg (CIZ) in Utrecht bouw je mee aan de digitale transformatie van ons primaire proces op het snijvlak van data, IT-architectuur, privacywetgeving en AI.

Wat ga je doen?

Het CIZ bevindt zich midden in een grootschalige digitale transformatie. Thema’s zoals AI, business rules, datascheiding, datakwaliteit en data governance staan hierbij centraal. Als Data Architect stap jij in op een cruciaal moment. Jouw keuzes en architectuurprincipes bepalen hoe data binnen het CIZ de komende jaren wordt ontsloten, benut en veiliggesteld.

Jouw concrete verantwoordelijkheden:

• Fundament bouwen : Je ontwerpt en structureert de data-architectuur van het CIZ vanaf de basis.
• Datascheiding realiseren : Je zet het design op voor datascheiding en dataminimalisatie binnen het huidige applicatielandschap (cruciaal voor wet- en regelgeving zoals AVG).
• Strategie vertalen : Je vertaalt de organisatievisie en het strategisch beleid naar concrete data- en IT-architectuurprincipes (bijv. data mesh of hub-and-spoke concepten).
• Datavolwassenheid verhogen : Je werkt nauw samen met het Data Office en het Data & Analytics team om de datavolwassenheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
• Stakeholder management : Je adviseert de directie, het management, projectteams en externe ketenpartners over complexe datavraagstukken.
• Multidisciplinair samenwerken : Je schakelt dagelijks met solution architects, informatieanalisten, data engineers en beleidsadviseurs.

Over het team

Je versterkt een ambitieus en modern architectuurteam dat momenteel bestaat uit 3 architecten (Enterprise, Solution en Cloud). De sfeer is open, informeel en gedreven. Uniek aan onze werkwijze is dat we werken volgens het Docs & Diagrams-as-Code principe (zoals PlantUML of Structurizr). Ervaring met code of een software engineering achtergrond is dan ook een grote pre. Het team valt onder de afdeling Beleid & Kaderstelling : een strategische hub waar samenwerking, inhoud en overzicht samenkomen.

Wat breng je mee?

• WO werk- en denkniveau (bijv. Informatica, Data Science of Business Information Management) en minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een zwaardere datarol (bijv. als Architect, Senior Data Engineer, Lead Informatieanalist of Data Modeler).
• Kennis van gegevensarchitectuur, datakwaliteit en datagovernance (bijv. DAMA-DMBOK);
• Ervaring met datamodellering en metadata-management;
• Inzicht in complexe processen, ketens en wet- en regelgeving, bij voorkeur binnen (semi-)overheid;
• Kennis van of een achtergrond in data science en/of development.
• Kennis van business intelligence en informatievoorziening;
• Affiniteit met of ervaring in AI, NLP, kennis- of capabilitymanagement is een pré;
• Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift.

Deze rol is uitstekend passend voor een ervaren architect óf een ambitieuze professional die deze rol als volgende carriërestap ziet. Je kunt hierbij denken aan een overstap vanuit een rol als Senior Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Lead Informatieanalist, Business Intelligence (BI) Developer of Data Scientist. Je combineert conceptueel denkvermogen met een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je bent een sterke gesprekspartner en kunt complexe technische datastructuren helder uitleggen aan management en directie. Daarnaast breng je een gezonde dosis maatschappelijke drive mee; je wilt jouw IT-skills doelbewust inzetten voor een organisatie met een publieke taak in de Nederlandse gezondheidszorg.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn:
Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring, € 4.402 - € 6.390 per maand (schaal 60 cao CIZ) op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
