Verantwoordelijkheden

• Define and execute the category strategy for Professional Services across Marketing, Communication, IT Services and HR services
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Category Buyers
• Drive complex sourcing initiatives and strategic supplier negotiations

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Develop a 3-5 year global D&T procurement strategy across SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Software, Digital Marketing Technology and IT Consulting/Services
• Perform continuous spend analysis and market intelligence to identify cost optimisations and supplier rationalisation opportunities
• Aggregate global demand to maximise purchasing power and drive value beyond savings
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, RFx processes and complex negotiations for enterprise technology solutions
• Create innovative deal structures (consumption-based, value-based, hybrid) and ensure robust governance with Finance, Legal, Data Privacy and Compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement with HEINEKEN's digital roadmap and drive supplier performance and risk management
• Manage strategic technology suppliers and mitigate risks related to software compliance, cybersecurity and vendor lock-in
• Maintain market intelligence on the global technology supplier landscape and adapt strategies accordingly

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 7-10+ years in strategic procurement, with at least 5 years in Global IT/D&T procurement

• Strong knowledge of global IT supplier market, ERP, SaaS, Cloud, IT services and/or Professional Services

• Proven experience developing and executing category strategies and leading high-value negotiations

• Ability to translate complex D&T transformation needs into effective procurement strategies

In deze rol ontwikkel en voer je de inkoopstrategie uit voor Facility Management, General Expenses en Professional Services in de Benelux. Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Real Estate, Finance en HR en fungeert als brug naar Global Category Managers, met focus op kostenbesparingen en leveranciersinnovatie. Je leidt sourcingtrajecten en onderhandelingen, en implementeert contracten voor duurzame resultaten. Je draagt bij aan warehouse- en transformatieprojecten en aan de verdere professionalisering van Procurement.
