Overview

As Global D&T Category Manager, you drive the end-to-end sourcing strategy for HEINEKEN's technology spend, spanning SaaS, cloud, enterprise software and IT services. You partner with senior D&T stakeholders to enable digital transformation, optimise value and mitigate supplier risk on a global scale. You work across Procurement, Digital & Technology and business units to turn complex tech needs into sustainable commercial value. This role shapes global tech procurement strategy and partnership models to support innovation.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Develop a 3-5 year global D&T procurement strategy across SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Software, Digital Marketing Technology and IT Consulting/Services
• Perform continuous spend analysis and market intelligence to identify cost optimisations and supplier rationalisation opportunities
• Aggregate global demand to maximise purchasing power and drive value beyond savings
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, RFx processes and complex negotiations for enterprise technology solutions
• Create innovative deal structures (consumption-based, value-based, hybrid) and ensure robust governance with Finance, Legal, Data Privacy and Compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement with HEINEKEN's digital roadmap and drive supplier performance and risk management
• Manage strategic technology suppliers and mitigate risks related to software compliance, cybersecurity and vendor lock-in
• Maintain market intelligence on the global technology supplier landscape and adapt strategies accordingly

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 7-10+ years in strategic procurement, with at least 5 years in Global IT/D&T procurement

• Strong knowledge of global IT supplier market, ERP, SaaS, Cloud, IT services and/or Professional Services

• Proven experience developing and executing category strategies and leading high-value negotiations

• Ability to translate complex D&T transformation needs into effective procurement strategies

• Experience in a multinational, matrixed environment with cross-border stakeholders

• Experience in supplier management and building long-term partnerships

• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

• Analytical mindset with spend analysis, market intelligence and TCO modelling experience

• Strong business acumen, negotiation and commercial thinking
