Overview

In this role you will own and shape the HR and Professional Services spend across a global portfolio. You will partner with senior HR, Finance, and business leaders across international markets to drive cost optimisation and procurement transformation. You will lead strategic sourcing across contingent labour, recruitment, executive search, learning & development, HR tech and consultancy services, influencing stakeholders and delivering high-impact initiatives. This is a senior, globally-focused role with strong exposure to leadership and opportunities for long-term career progression.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Develop and execute global category strategies across HR and Professional Services spend
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across contingent workforce, recruitment, RPO/MSP, executive search, learning & development and consultancy services
• Partner with senior HR, Finance and business stakeholders across international markets
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, contract management and strategic supplier relationship initiatives
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, supplier consolidation and improved commercial performance
• Drive procurement transformation, strengthening global category governance and sourcing best practices
• Collaborate with regional procurement teams to ensure alignment of global strategies with local business requirements

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Extensive experience in strategic procurement and global category management with strong HR spend expertise

• Proven experience managing categories such as contingent labour, recruitment, RPO/MSP, executive search, learning & development or HR services

• Excellent commercial negotiation and senior stakeholder management capabilities

• Experience developing and implementing category strategies across multiple international markets

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders within a complex, matrix organisation

• A strategic, proactive and commercially driven approach

• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills advantageous

Overview

In deze rol ontwikkel en voer je de inkoopstrategie uit voor Facility Management, General Expenses en Professional Services in de Benelux. Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Real Estate, Finance en HR en fungeert als brug naar Global Category Managers, met focus op kostenbesparingen en leveranciersinnovatie. Je leidt sourcingtrajecten en onderhandelingen, en implementeert contracten voor duurzame resultaten. Je draagt bij aan warehouse- en transformatieprojecten en aan de verdere professionalisering van Procurement.

• Bruto maandsalaris 5.080-7.060 euro

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van category- en sourcingstrategieën
• Leiden van RFI-, RFQ- en tendertrajecten voor Benelux
• Uitvoeren van commerciële, contractuele en operationele onderhandelingen
• Implementeren en beheren van contracten en realiseren van besparingen
• Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met interne stakeholders en leveranciers
• Monitoren van leveranciersprestaties, KPI's en service levels
• Identificeren en realiseren van kostenbesparingen en TCO-verbeteringen
• Ondersteunen van warehouse start-ups en uitbreidingsprojecten
• Analyseren van spend data en rapporteren van resultaten

Belangrijkste vereisten

• HBO- of WO-opleiding in relevante richting

• Circa 3-7 jaar ervaring in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing of Category Management

• Ervaring met Facility Management, Indirect Procurement, General Expenses of Professional Services

• Ervaring met tenders, contractonderhandelingen en leveranciersmanagement

• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met spend analyses en cost modelling

• Goede Excel-vaardigheden; Power BI is een pré

• Ervaring in een internationale matrixorganisatie is een pré

• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
