Dit ga je doen als AI Compliance specialist

Je staat aan het begin van een nieuw vakgebied met veel ruimte om je te specialiseren in AI governance en AI security. In deze rol bouw je mee aan ons Artificial Intelligence Management System volgens de ISO/IEC 42001 norm. Dit AIMS richten we in ServiceNow IRM in, in samenhang met ons Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) en ISO27001.

Je gaat onder andere:

• in de tweede lijn het AIMS beheren en verder ontwikkelen zodat governance de innovatie volgt
• operationele compliance assessments uitvoeren en afwijkingen ten opzichte van het AI beleid signaleren
• rapporteren over voortgang en risico's en meeschrijven aan richtlijnen voor AI governance en AI security
• de totstandkoming, verbetering en documentatie begeleiden van technische en organisatorische maatregelen in onder andere het NS AI Risk Framework (NSAIRF) en het NS Cybersecurity Framework (NSCF)

Je doet dit niet alleen. In deze rol: werk je nauw samen met de Corporate AI Officer, aan wie je functioneel rapporteert bouw je aan de samenwerking met enterprise architectuur en platformdiensten stem je intensief af met DevOps en business teams in de data en IT operatie maak je deel uit van de multidisciplinaire tweede lijns cybersecurity afdeling

Dit zijn de functie-eisen

We verwachten niet dat je nu al AI expert bent. AI governance en AI security zijn volop in ontwikkeling en volgen de supersnelle technologische innovaties. We zoeken iemand met een stevige basis in security en compliance, die zich graag wil ontwikkelen tot specialist op dit nieuwe domein. Je krijgt hiervoor ruimte, begeleiding en toegang tot opleidingen.

Dit neem je mee

We zoeken vooral iemand die stevig is in compliance en security, graag structuur aanbrengt en veel zin heeft om zich vast te bijten in een nieuw vakgebied. Forse affiniteit met de GenAI en agentic AI innovaties motiveert je om te blijven leren!

Must haves

• aantoonbare ervaring met informatiebeveiliging en compliance, bijvoorbeeld met ISO27001 of NEN7510
• ervaring met riskmanagement en audits, affiniteit met het vertalen van beleid naar praktische werkinstructies
• sterke analytische vaardigheden en goed gevoel voor structuur en nauwkeurigheid
• goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk

Pre's

• praktische ervaring met AI technologie, zoals GenAI en LLMs, coding assistants, ML of data science

Los jij een probleem op én bedenk je meteen hoe je het voortaan automatiseert?

Dan willen we je spreken.

Bij RealNetwork zoeken we een ICT'er die zelfstandig kan werken, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en nieuwsgierig blijft. Je kent je weg in Microsoft 365, begrijpt hoe netwerken werken en vindt het leuk om technische problemen uit te pluizen.

Maar je kijkt ook verder. Welke werkzaamheden kunnen slimmer? Waar kan een script het verschil maken? En hoe kunnen we AI agents inzetten om ons beheer en onze dienstverlening te verbeteren?

Je hoeft daarvoor geen AI specialist te zijn. Wel iemand die ermee aan de slag wil. Uitproberen, kritisch beoordelen, verbeteren en zorgen dat een goed idee ook in de praktijk werkt.

En ja, bij een installatie hang je ook gewoon zelf een access point op. Moderne ICT blijft soms verrassend fysiek.

Wat ga je bij ons doen?
RealNetwork is een kleine ICT organisatie. Daardoor krijg je bij ons te maken met vrijwel alle facetten van het vak. Je beheert omgevingen, voert projecten uit, spreekt klanten en bouwt mee aan hoe we morgen werken.
Je beheert en verbetert Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, werkplekken, servers, backups, firewalls en netwerken.
Je analyseert complexere storingen en pakt de oorzaak aan. Je wilt begrijpen waarom iets misgaat en hoe je herhaling voorkomt.
Je gaat naar klanten voor installaties, migraties en projecten. Je ontwerpt ICT omgevingen die veilig, overzichtelijk en goed te beheren zijn.
Je automatiseert terugkerende werkzaamheden met scripts, koppelingen en workflows. Denk aan controles, gebruikersbeheer en het verzamelen van informatie voor beheer en rapportages.
Je onderzoekt samen met ons waar AI agents waarde kunnen toevoegen. Bijvoorbeeld bij het verrijken van tickets, het doorzoeken van documentatie of het voorbereiden van vervolgstappen bij een melding.
Je denkt met klanten mee en legt helder uit wat beter kan. En soms trek je een kabel, monteer je apparatuur of kruip je onder een bureau. Ook dat hoort bij goed werk leveren.

Bouw mee aan Agentic IT
We willen verder bouwen aan ICT beheer waarin automatisering en AI agents een praktische rol krijgen. Met agents die binnen duidelijke grenzen informatie verzamelen, stappen voorbereiden en toegestane taken uitvoeren.
Daar krijg jij een actieve rol in.
Je begint bij een concreet probleem. Welke handeling kost ons iedere week onnodig tijd? Welke informatie moeten collega's steeds opnieuw bij elkaar zoeken? Welke controle kunnen we slimmer organiseren?
Vervolgens bouw en test je een oplossing. Je kijkt of die betrouwbaar werkt, wat er gebeurt als informatie ontbreekt en wanneer een collega moet ingrijpen. Werkt het goed, dan help je om de oplossing onderdeel te maken van onze dagelijkse werkwijze.
Daarbij horen ook duidelijke keuzes over toegangsrechten, klantgegevens, logging en menselijke goedkeuring. Een agent die iets kan uitvoeren, hoeft daar nog niet automatisch toestemming voor te krijgen.
Ervaring met PowerShell, API's, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate of Copilot Studio is mooi meegenomen. Heb je al eens zelf een AI agent of slimme workflow gebouwd? Laat vooral zien wat je hebt gemaakt en wat je ervan hebt geleerd.

Jouw invloed gaat verder dan techniek
In een klein team heeft jouw werk direct invloed. Op klanten, op collega's en op de verdere ontwikkeling van RealNetwork.
Zie je dat iets slimmer kan? Bespreek het en help het verbeteren.
Ontbreekt er goede documentatie? Zorg dat je collega morgen verder kan waar jij vandaag stopt.
Kan een terugkerende handeling worden geautomatiseerd? Onderzoek hoe en maak het concreet.
Zie je een risico bij een klant? Neem verantwoordelijkheid en breng het onder de aandacht.
Heb je een idee voor nieuwe dienstverlening? Laat zien welk probleem we ermee oplossen.
Je hoeft bij ons geen zes managementlagen te overtuigen. We verwachten wel dat je verder kijkt dan je eigen takenlijst en afmaakt wat je oppakt.

Security is bij ons geen vinkje
RealNetwork werkt volgens ISO 27001 en NEN 7510. Informatiebeveiliging hoort daarom bij ons dagelijkse werk. Van toegangsbeheer en wijzigingen tot documentatie, incidenten en structurele verbeteringen.
Dat geldt ook voor AI. Welke gegevens mag een toepassing verwerken? Welke rechten heeft een agent nodig? Kunnen we achteraf zien wat er is gebeurd? En welke acties vragen eerst om goedkeuring?
Je hoeft geen compliance specialist te zijn. We verwachten wel dat je begrijpt waarom afspraken bestaan en kritisch meedenkt over hoe we ze toepassen.
"Het werkt" is een mooi begin. Jij kijkt ook of het veilig is, goed is vastgelegd en door een collega kan worden overgenomen.

Met welke techniek krijg je te maken?
Onze technische basis bestaat onder andere uit Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server en Hyper V. Daarnaast werk je met VLAN's, routing, switching, wifi, firewalls, VPN, DNS, backup en recovery, endpoint security, EDR en monitoring.
Voor beheer, documentatie en automatisering gebruiken we professionele MSP tooling. Scripting, API koppelingen en het verkennen van toepassingen met AI agents krijgen binnen deze functie nadrukkelijk aandacht.
Je hoeft alles echt niet al te beheersen. We hebben liever iemand die weet wat hij nog moet uitzoeken en dat zorgvuldig doet, dan iemand die overal direct een antwoord op heeft.

Wie zoeken we?
Je hebt ongeveer vier jaar of meer relevante ervaring in ICT beheer, systeembeheer, cloud engineering of een vergelijkbare functie.
Je kunt zelfstandig technische problemen analyseren en oplossen. Je hebt goede kennis van Microsoft 365 en moderne Microsoft omgevingen. IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN's en routing zijn voor jou bekende begrippen.
Je hebt affiniteit met security en werkt zorgvuldig. Je begrijpt dat een snelle oplossing ook morgen nog goed moet functioneren.
Je kunt helder met klanten communiceren, ook als zij niets weten van DNS, MFA of een VLAN.
Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, stelt vragen en durft je mening te geven. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet ook wanneer je een collega moet betrekken.
Je hebt interesse in scripting, automatisering en AI agents. Je wilt begrijpen hoe je die betrouwbaar toepast in een echte klantomgeving.
En vooral: je bent nieuwsgierig. Naar techniek, naar de vraag achter een klantverzoek en naar manieren om je werk beter te doen.

Wat verwachten we niet?
Je hoeft niet iedere technologie uit deze vacature uit je hoofd te kennen. Ook verwachten we geen jarenlange ervaring met AI agents of een verzameling certificaten zonder praktijkervaring.
Je hoeft geen pak te dragen of te doen alsof je iets weet wanneer dat niet zo is.
En werken hoeft niet het belangrijkste onderdeel van je leven te zijn. We zoeken betrokken collega's die goed werk willen leveren en daarna ook gewoon hun laptop kunnen dichtklappen.

Wat krijg je daarvoor terug?
Een salaris van €3.000 tot €5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
Een functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week, met een auto van de zaak of een passende mobiliteitsregeling en een laptop van de zaak.
Hybride werken wanneer het werk dat toelaat, plus veel vrijheid in hoe je je werk organiseert.
Opleidingen en certificeringen die aansluiten bij jouw ontwikkeling en het werk dat je wilt gaan doen.

Klein team, veel invloed
RealNetwork is bewust een kleine ICT organisatie. Je kent je collega's, spreekt de klanten en ziet direct wat jouw werk oplevert.
Dat vraagt flexibiliteit. De ene dag werk je aan een migratie of een automatisering, de volgende dag los je een lastig netwerkprobleem op bij een klant. Soms loopt je planning anders omdat iets echt aandacht nodig heeft.

Over de vacature

De uitdaging

Dutch speaking and writing proficiency is required

Met dit Mastership ga je aan de slag bij toonaangevende organisaties en volg je een opleiding Data Science & AI op post-masterniveau aan de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (op ons kantoor in Utrecht). Binnen 3 jaar ben je een expert in jouw vakgebied, inclusief aantoonbare werkervaring. Met dit programma ontwikkel je jezelf tot specialist in rollen zoals Data Scientist, AI Proces Analist of Data & AI Consultant, en werk je aan maatschappelijk impactvolle thema’s.

Wij

• Maandsalaris van €3032,91 o.b.v. 38 uur incl. IKB. Daarnaast groeit je salaris jaarlijks mee met je ontwikkeling.
• Heb je een opdracht van slechts 36 uur? Dan krijg je toch betaald voor 38 uur. Heb jij een opdracht van 40 uur? Dan ontvang jij 125% over die 2 extra uren. Je zit dan op een bruto maandsalaris van €3196,88 inclusief het IKB.
• 12,33% IKB, waarvan 8,33% vakantiegeld en 4% voor extra verlof, een sportabonnement, een leasefiets of uitbetaling. Bonus: IKB telt mee voor je hypotheek, dus jouw droomhuis komt een stap dichterbij.
• Een vast contract.
• Ontwikkeling: Samen met jouw Development Manager en onze eigen inhoudelijk ervaren Principals stel je persoonlijke leerdoelen op. Deze doelen helpen je om gericht te werken aan je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
• Post-master: Je volgt een post-masterprogramma aan de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. Dit programma is speciaal ontworpen om jouw kennis en vaardigheden in Data Science & AI te verdiepen en direct toe te kunnen passen in de praktijk. De 50 dagdelen les vallen binnen jouw 38 uur.
• De mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan de leukste activiteiten zoals onze skitrip, de wekelijkse bootcamp of festival.

In een Mastership bij House of Bèta werk je aan projecten binnen de financiële dienstverlening, bijvoorbeeld bij a.s.r. en Nationale Nederlanden, maar ook binnen de publieke sector, waaronder de Rijksoverheid. Je wordt gedetacheerd voor periodes van gemiddeld 6 tot 12 maanden, waardoor je een breed scala aan ervaringen opdoet en je netwerk uitbreidt. Flexibiliteit is hierbij essentieel, omdat je op verschillende locaties en in diverse teams werkt. Tegelijkertijd volg je een opleiding op post-masterniveau van 3 jaar, gewoon bij ons op kantoor in Utrecht, vanuit de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.

De start van jouw Mastership

Je begint dit Mastership met het beste onboardingsprogramma van Nederland. Daarna start je met een operationele opdracht bij één van onze klanten. In deze eerste opdracht leer je hoe complexe organisaties, processen en datasystemen functioneren, leer je over stakeholdermanagement en ontwikkel je organisatiesensitiviteit. Deze informatie en inzichten zijn nodig om je toekomstige analyses goed te kunnen onderbouwen. Als trainee ontwikkel je je gedurende dit Mastership tot bijvoorbeeld Data Scientist, AI Proces Analist, Data & AI Consultant of Business Analist. Met jouw werk maak je impact door banken, pensioenfondsen, verzekeraars of overheidsinstanties te helpen met belangrijke maatschappelijke transities. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de energietransitie en Wet toekomst pensioenen.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens het Mastership Data & AI van House of Bèta ontwikkel je jezelf tot een consultant die organisaties helpt om slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger te werken met data en AI. Je werkt aan complexe vraagstukken binnen onder andere de financiële sector, overheid en pensioensector, bijvoorbeeld bij organisaties als a.s.r., Nationale-Nederlanden en de Rijksoverheid. Denk aan thema’s zoals digitalisering, AI-gedreven procesverbetering, datakwaliteit, compliance en maatschappelijke transities zoals de Wet toekomst pensioenen. In plaats van alleen techniek te leren, leer je vooral hoe je met data en AI echte impact maakt binnen organisaties. Je hebt daarom sterke kennis van data-analyse, data management tools en databases nodig om je werk goed te kunnen doen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan kennis van Python, SQL en Power BI.

Binnen jouw opdrachten help je organisaties om beter onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen en processen slimmer in te richten met behulp van data en AI. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan:

• analyseren van datastromen en bedrijfsprocessen
• verbeteren van datakwaliteit
• ontwikkelen van dashboards en managementinformatie
• ondersteunen bij AI- en automatiseringsvraagstukken
• vertalen van businessvragen naar concrete data-oplossingen
• bouwen van analyses en voorspelmodellen

Je combineert analytisch denken met stakeholdermanagement en leert hoe technologie daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegt binnen organisaties.

Jouw opleiding

Als professional in dit vakgebied moet je beschikken over genoeg kennis en vaardigheden om data om te zetten in waardevolle inzichten en slimme oplossingen. Daar wordt je bij geholpen door het volgen van de post-master Data Science & AI. Hiermee behaal je na drie jaar je 'Certified Lead Data Scientist' op post-master niveau door EAISI Academy, Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. In het Mastership Data Science & AI volg je het leerpad voor professionals:

• Data & AI voor Experts : Voor professionals die machine learning-oplossingen willen ontwikkelen en de bedrijfsimpact van Data Science willen begrijpen.

Hier leer je niet alleen de technische kant van data en AI, maar ook hoe je AI-oplossingen verantwoord toepast binnen organisaties. Je ontwikkelt vaardigheden op het gebied van:

• machine learning
• AI in businessprocessen
• data-driven besluitvorming
• verandermanagement
• ethiek en governance binnen AI

Tijdens dit programma combineer je theorie en praktijk. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren professionals en professoren en ook heb je een eigen mentor van de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven tot je beschikking. Door middel van uitdagende projecten – waaronder een strategisch project in je eigen organisatie – ontwikkel je niet alleen technische expertise, maar ook de vaardigheden om echte impact te maken.

Een AI-demo is snel gebouwd. Een GenAI-oplossing betrouwbaar in productie brengen, met beheersbare kosten, een audittrail en zorgen dat het team van de klant de oplossing na onze overdracht zelfstandig kan onderhouden, is een ander vak. Dat vak is jouw vak.

Als Engineering Lead AI bij PwC leid je de technische realisatie van GenAI-platformen, RAG-oplossingen en agentic AI-systemen voor onder meer banken, publieke organisaties en commerciële organisaties. Je vertaalt architectuur naar een uitvoerbare aanpak, geeft inhoudelijk richting aan engineers en bewaakt de kwaliteit van ontwerp tot livegang.

Samen met architecten, engineers en specialisten uit security, risk en compliance zorg je dat AI-oplossingen schaalbaar, verantwoord en beheersbaar worden gebouwd. Responsible AI, governance en betrouwbare delivery zijn daarbij geen sluitpost, maar onderdeel van het ontwerp.

Belangrijk om te weten wat deze rol níet is: je bent geen klassieke projectmanager en geen formele people manager. Je bent een technische delivery leader. Je zit in de architectuur keuzessessies, je reviewt code, je prototypet mee waar het nodig is. Tot 30% van je tijd is hands-on. De rest van je tijd besteed je aan architectuur, design sessies en het afstemmen van de scope en technische risico’s met stakeholders en architecten van de klant. Geen statusrapportages als hoofdtaak, maar je bent wel de inhoudelijke sparringpartner die de voortgang bewaakt.

Dit ga je doen

Je zorgt ervoor dat teams weten wát er gebouwd moet worden, hóe het werk is georganiseerd en wélke technische risico's aandacht nodig hebben. Concreet:

• Je leidt de end-to-end delivery van AI- en dataoplossingen en vertaalt solution architecture, klantdoelen en businessdoelstellingen naar een concreet, uitvoerbaar technisch deliveryplan, waarbij je ook stakeholders van de klant (bijv. architectuur, security en risk) meeneemt in de gemaakte keuzes.
• Je geeft inhoudelijk richting aan engineeringteams. Je helpt AI- en data-engineers om samenhangende keuzes te maken, verwijdert technische blokkades en coacht op kwaliteit, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid. Je stuurt op basis van inhoudelijke overtuigingskracht en sterke soft-skills.
• Je verankert engineeringkwaliteit. Je stelt standaarden vast voor code, evaluatie, testen, CI/CD, security, Responsible AI, observability en documentatie en zorgt dat deze tijdens de realisatie worden toegepast.
• Je bewaakt risico, schaalbaarheid en kosten. Je signaleert technische en governance-risico's vroeg en begeleidt afwegingen rond performance, onderhoudbaarheid, cloudverbruik en model- en tokenkosten.
• Je brengt oplossingen betrouwbaar naar productie. Je bewaakt release readiness, livegang, overdracht en stabilisatie en zorgt samen met klant en team dat de oplossing beheersbaar blijft.

What will you be doing?

As a Tax Accounting & Tax Compliance Consultant, you will advise and support companies at both national and international level in meeting their tax compliance and reporting obligations. You will work directly with clients: discussing issues, translating tax and legal laws and regulations into practical solutions, and helping to set up internal financial and tax processes. In doing so, you will help companies keep their tax compliance and tax accounting sustainably under control. You will work directly with CFOs, Tax Directors and finance teams, gaining insight into how large organisations structure their tax processes, reporting and decision-making. You will combine your tax knowledge with data analysis, AI and technology to improve processes and manage risks.

You will start in a broad role within an informal, multidisciplinary team of accountants, tax specialists, and data and technology specialists. From the outset, you will have extensive client contact and collaborate on practical advice that brings together tax, legal and financial insights. Over time, you will develop within the team towards the area of expertise that suits you best.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Together with clients, you will be involved in preparing complex direct tax returns and preparing and reviewing the tax position in the financial statements under Dutch GAAP, IFRS or US GAAP;

• You will actively advise clients on tax accounting matters and translate complex tax and legal rules into practical financial solutions;

• Using data extraction, AI and software solutions, you will help clients make optimal use of their financial and tax data, enabling them to meet their compliance and reporting obligations quickly and accurately, such as corporate income tax returns and Country-by-Country reporting.

• Have completed a higher professional education or university degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics, Tax & Technology, or another relevant university programme, such as Business Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration or Econometrics, provided you have an affinity with tax;

• Have an excellent command of both Dutch and English;

• Are numerically skilled, analytically strong and able to translate tax and legal issues into practical solutions and identify connections quickly.
