Je krijgt een uitdagende rol voor bij voorkeur 32 uur per week. Met een salaris tot wel € 3.418,- bruto per maand o.b.v ervaring en een fulltime werkweek. Je bent een stressbestendige officemanager die weet van aanpakken en eigenaarschap toont. Je ziet werk liggen voordat een ander het ziet en je kunt goed verbanden leggen binnen de administratie. Je haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van je team. En je houdt ervan om bezig te zijn met je collega's en klanten. 😃

• MBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Goede beheersing van de NL taal en Duits is een pre ( bereid om een training voor te volgen);
• Ervaring met Microsoft.

Als officemanager ben je de spil van het bedrijf. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je begint de ochtend met het beantwoorden van de telefoon en het verwelkomen van bezoekers, zakelijke gasten, hoveniers etc. Je duikt in de administratie en zorgt dat werkbonnen, facturen en offertes nauwkeurig worden verwerkt in ons systeem. Dankzij jouw Duits verlopen onze projecten over de grens soepel. Tussendoor regel je de post, verstuur je een leuke nieuwsbrief. En zorg je dat de wekelijkse teamlunch op donderdag klaarstaat. Je bewaart de rust in de hectiek. 🙏

• Je verwerkt werkbonnen, offertes en facturen;
• Ondersteunt het managment bij agendabeheer en vergaderingen;
• Draagt zorg voor relatieonderhoud.

• You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and are very capable.
• You hold a completed MBO+/HBO degree in Logistics, Transport, or a similar relevant field.
• You are flexible and willing to rotate or assist at our locations in Doetinchem and ’s-Heerenberg.
• You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
• Food knowledge, such as Food-grade warehousing and HACCP, BRC, or IFS, is a big advantage.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you are the operational leader and point of contact for your team of 15-20 employees. Your main task: ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently within our Food Warehouse – always prioritizing compliance with food safety guidelines (HACCP, BRC, IFS). You are directly responsible for daily management, planning, and creating a positive work atmosphere. But you go further: you are a Team Coach who sees talents, develops colleagues, and leads structural meetings. You have a passion for process optimization (LEAN), analyze, propose improvements, contribute to long-term goals with the Warehouse Manager, and meticulously manage forecasting and staffing.

• You will be the operational leader and point of contact for your team of 15-20 employees.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Food Warehouse, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Directly manage daily operations, plan effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
• Act as a Team Coach, identifying and developing talent within your team.
