Verantwoordelijkheden

• Translate client ambitions into concrete solution designs and delivery roadmaps
• Design modern, secure, scalable architectures across process automation, content management, integration and AI
• Lead and mentor delivery teams while contributing to configuration, development and troubleshooting
• Configure, build, test and deploy OpenText-based solutions focusing on Process Automation and Content Manager
• Explore AI use cases such as intelligent document processing, content enrichment, conversational experiences and process optimisation
• Support workshops, demos and pre-sales engagements, and communicate complex ideas clearly

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Experience in consulting, solution delivery or software engineering with ownership and client collaboration

• Hands-on experience with OpenText solutions (Process Automation, Content Manager, or related platforms)

• Broad understanding of content, records, information governance and business process management

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, application integration and modern development practices

• Development or scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, XML or REST services

• Interest in generative and agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation or responsible AI

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical mindset for performance and reliability

• Understanding of Windows and Linux environments; cloud, container or DevOps experience is a plus

In deze rol help je klanten optimaal gebruik te maken van Power BI en Microsoft Fabric door rapportageoplossingen te ontwerpen, bouwen en te onderhouden. Je beheert klantomgevingen, verzorgt training en adoptie, en werkt nauw samen met projectteams. Je draagt bij aan data-gedreven oplossingen binnen de Era of AI en zet je expertise in om klanten te transformeren. Je werkt in een cross-functioneel omgeving en hebt impact op zowel technische als business outcomes. Een sterke combinatie van analyse, governance en communicatie maakt deze rol uniek.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Ontwerpen en bouwen van Power BI-oplossingen en Fabric-omgevingen
• Beheren van klantomgevingen als administrator en kennisoverdracht aan klanten
• Adoptiebevordering via sessies, workshops en trainingen
• Ontwikkelen efficiënte relationele datamodellen (Star Schema)
• Samenwerken in projectteams met managers, solution architects en developers

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol

• Diepgaande kennis van Power BI en Microsoft Fabric

• Ervaring met M voor data loading/transformatie en het bouwen van datamodellen

• Kennis van DAX en performance-optimaliteit

• PL300 - Power BI Data Analyst Associate (bij voorkeur)

• DP600 certificering is een pluspunt

• SQL-kennis is een pré

• Kennis/expertise met Tabular Editor, DAX Studio is een plus

• Ervaring met Power BI trainingen en best practices in data modelleren en rapporteren

• Kennis van Power BI governance en tenant-inrichting
