Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goed laten verlopen van het productieproces. Als Procesoperator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je bedient en stelt extrusiemachines in en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Je werkt samen met je collega's aan een kwalitatief hoogwaardig eindproduct en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat je gaat doen

As an operator in our 3-shift system, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation of raw materials and the smooth operation of the production processes. You'll follow recipes and production instructions to create high-quality products that meet high standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Your responsibilities include:

• weigh and collect raw materials (up to 30 per batch) with precision and care
• follow recipes and production instructions to ensure product consistency
• mix and prepare products according to established guidelines
• monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a three-shift rotation.

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €17.73, excluding shift allowance.
• Holiday allowance 20.5%, bringing your total gross hourly wage to €21.36.
• Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position.
• Fulltime, 40 hours per week.
• Vacation days: 25 days per year, Holiday allowance: 8%.
• Year-end bonus of 8.77%.
• Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometre.
