wie ben jij
Als Shift Supervisor ben je de drijvende kracht achter onze persteams (15-20 FTE). Je bent de coach die talent ziet en benut, en de expert die zorgt dat onze KPI’s niet alleen behaald, maar verbeterd worden.

• Leiderschap: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving.
• Niveau: MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau. Kennis van druktechniek is een dikke streep voor.
• Mentaliteit: Je bent communicatief sterk, analytisch en hebt een passie voor veiligheid (OHSE).

wat ga je doen
Als Shift Supervisor ben jij de regisseur van de werkvloer. Terwijl de persen draaien, bewaar jij het overzicht over de volledige operatie van jouw shift. Je stuurt niet alleen op cijfers, maar op een feilloze flow.

• Operationele Regie: Je vertaalt de dagplanning naar concrete acties voor je team (15-20 FTE). Je zorgt dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek staan om de targets te halen.
• Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je bent onverbiddelijk als het gaat om onze standaarden. Je ziet toe op een veilige werkomgeving en zorgt dat elk product dat de lijn verlaat, voldoet aan de hoge kwaliteitseisen.
• Continu Verbeteren: Zie je een knelpunt in het proces? Jij grijpt in. Met methodieken zoals IWS analyseer je afwijkingen en voer je structurele verbeteringen door in de werkwijze.
• Schakel tussen Kantoor en Vloer: Je rapporteert over de voortgang, signaleert onderhoudsbehoeften en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze overdracht naar de volgende ploeg.

who are you
It is important that you meet the following requirements as a CNC Brake Press Operator:

• You have experience working with CNC bending machines.
• You can read and work from technical drawings.
• You are available to work full-time.
• You are willing to work in 2 shifts (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00).
• You have at least a vocational degree (MBO level).

what will you do
Your machine, your responsibility! As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you shape sheet metal every day. You make sure every part is perfect for the farming machines used by farmers all over the world. You work with a sharp eye for detail and quality. Do you have experience with press machines, knowledge of safety, or a background in metalworking? Then you are the person we are looking for!

• Operating manual and/or CNC bending machines to shape sheet metal.
• Checking the measurements and quality of the finished products.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools.
• Reporting any mistakes or technical issues to your supervisor.

Als intern logistiek planner ben jij de spil in het logistieke proces. Je bent zowel verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning als de planning van het geautomatiseerde warehouse. Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig en klaar om het verschil te maken. Dit is waaraan je voldoet:

• Je hebt ervaring in de logistiek of supply chain, bij voorkeur in een functie als (assistent) teamleider, supervisor of planner.
• Je spreekt bij voorkeur vloeiend Nederlands. Wanneer je alleen de Engelse taal beheerst is het sterk afhankelijk van je relevante werkervaring of de match er is.
• Je bent een echte teamspeler en lost uitdagingen samen op.
• Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en weet wat er moet gebeuren.
• Je bent flexibel en bereid om in 2 ploegen op locatie te werken. (05:30-14:00 / 14:00-22:30)

wat ga je doen
Als plannner ben jij het aanspreekpunt en zorg je voor een strakke personeels- en taakplanning. Jij stemt de inzet van je team af op de dagelijkse logistieke processen en houdt het overzicht, ook als het druk is. Je motiveert je team, voorkomt knelpunten en schakelt proactief bij waar nodig.

• Opstellen en bijsturen van de personeelsplanning per shift.
• Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het warehouse.
• Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het team.
• Bewaken van KPI’s en deadlines in samenwerking met de operationele planning.
• Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling en productieve werksfeer.
• Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterkansen in processen en bezetting.

• Load containers, scanning and stacking them for various destinations.

where will you work
You will be working as a warehouse employee at FedEx in Duiven. FedEx is one of the world's largest companies offering logistics and courier services by land, sea, and air. Weekly, FedEx transports 4.4 million packages, documents, and freight to 200 countries. This is where all the packages end up before the trucks are reloaded with new packages and sent back out on the road.

Realm:
The atmosphere is remarkably positive! The supervisors are primarily responsible and there are also team leaders / foremen, they will ask how your day is going and if you need help. Collegiality is striking in this department, the mutual contact is positive. They often sit outside when the weather is nice and you have a smoking area outside.

Training process:
You will be trained by colleagues or supervisors / foremen, it is important to continue to follow the instructions regarding safety. A buddy is assigned who will show you around and who you can fall back on if you don't know what to do. There is mainly cooperation, because this location is somewhat smaller, I notice real teamwork here!

Where will you work
Kuehne & Nagel Zwolle

At K + N, everything that has not been sold is processed in the supermarket. We work with the principle of recycling as much as possible.

Activities:
Trucks deliver large bags with empty bottles and cans, with a deposit on them. (These are the bottles that customers return in shops, clubs, canteens, etc.) These bags must be removed from the trucks, most colleagues drag them across the floor.
In general, one (if suitable) is trained as a counting operator: He/she is responsible for the machine where the bottles and cans are counted and split. Split on; Color and cans.

Count operator:
The counting operator takes a bag, cuts off the label (this contains the sender's details and quantities) and empties the bag into the machine. The machine scans the bottles/cans and throws those that cannot be scanned into a container, which you have to scan manually.
