wie ben jij

Wij zijn op zoek naar een georganiseerde Project Coördinator om het projectteam bij ASML te versterken. Hierin bied je cruciale ondersteuning bij de uitvoering en oplevering van diverse projecten binnen ons Supportteam.

Een HBO Bachelor of veel ervaring in bedrijfskunde, managementondersteuning of HR.
Met ruim 5 jaar ervaring in een zakelijke setting weet jij van aanpakken. Heb je daarnaast ook projectmanagementervaring in een leer- of netwerkomgeving? Dan heb je bij ons direct een streepje voor!
Praktisch en oplossingsgericht. Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en daarnaast effectief samen te werken met anderen.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlands en Engelse taal (business English) in woord en geschrift.

wat ga je doen

Na een korte interne onboarding ga je zelfstandig aan de slag. Deze functie is bij uitstek geschikt voor een breed inzetbare projectmanager of coördinator. Je houdt ervan om structuur en helderheid te brengen in moeilijk werk en in een dynamische omgeving. Je bent iemand die met zelfvertrouwen verschillende werkstromen, belanghebbenden en deadlines weet te regelen. Ervaring van Learning & Development (L&D) is een pré, maar niet verplicht.

Vertaal doelstellingen naar concrete projectplannen, tijdlijnen en op te leveren resultaten.
Bewaak de voortgang, risico’s en afhankelijkheden. Je signaleert knelpunten actief en zoekt hogerop waar nodig is.
Ondersteun het team bij de dagelijkse uitvoering, het stellen van prioriteiten en algemene projectmanagementactiviteiten.
Zorg dat projecten op tijd geregeld zijn, binnen de afgesproken kaders en volgens de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
Breng structuur en consistentie aan in de projectmatige werkwijzen en processen.

who are you

You have experience as a communication coordinator in a dynamic and international company. You have a creative mindset and feeling comfortable in a proactive company with a nice team. And you have experience with planning and executing the planning. Furthermore:

You've got a bachelor's degree, preferably in a corporate communication or business administration;
You've got at least 3 years of corporate communication experience;
You know your way around online and offline communication, planning, press releases and surveys;
You are organized, analytical, proactive, discreet and always ready to help;
You are a natural communicator who can chat with anyone and anywhere;
You like planning (and stick to the planning) and project management;
Powerpoint, Excel and Word are your best friends;
You are fluent in English, it is a plus if you speak Spanish, French or German, Dutch is not required;

what will you do

In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive company image. You will scan the company for interesting topics to communicate. Furthermore:

Planning and execution to constantly feed / checks of the various communication channels;
Support and execute in the organisation of the BSS measurement research in Europe;
Support in the planning and execution of corporate training workshops;
Rolling-out and monitoring of the company's visual identity and support all stakeholders in their day-to-day requests;
Writing press releases in the tone of voice that suits Yamaha;
Coordinate events/video shoots;
Budget management: cost controlling of assigned projects;
