Als Project Coördinator EMEA bij JBT Marel stuur je de uitvoering van internationale machine- en installatieprojecten aan. Je bewaakt de voortgang, lost knelpunten op en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op het juiste moment de juiste informatie hebben. In deze rol ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, techniek, productie en service en houd je grip op zowel de planning als de voortgang van projecten.

In Boxmeer werken teams samen aan internationale projecten voor klanten over de hele wereld.

Over de functie

Als Project Coördinator EMEA ben je onderdeel van de Sales-organisatie en werk je nauw samen met Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Planners, Service Engineers en collega's van productie en administratie.

Vanuit Boxmeer coördineer je de levering, installatie en oplevering van machines en productielijnen voor klanten binnen de EMEA-regio. Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, stemt af met alle betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Coördineren van installaties en projectuitvoering bij klanten wereldwijd.
• Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van projectplanningen en installatiebudgetten.
• Afstemmen met interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Service, Technology, Planning en Productie.
• Begeleiden van installatietechnici bij planning, vragen en wijzigingen gedurende het project.
• Bewaken van de financiële voortgang en correcte administratieve afhandeling van projecten.
• Coördineren van de overdracht van afgeronde projecten naar de Service-organisatie.

Daarnaast begeleid je collega Project Coördinatoren uit andere regio's en zorg je voor een soepele samenwerking tussen alle betrokken disciplines.

Wie ben jij?

Must-haves

• Hbo-opleiding (HTS/Bachelor), bij voorkeur in Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
• 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een projectcoördinerende of projectmatige functie.
• Ervaring met het gelijktijdig beheren van meerdere projecten, deadlines en stakeholders.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Ervaring met het werken in een technische of industriële omgeving.

Nice-to-haves

• Ervaring met internationale machinebouwprojecten.
• Affiniteit met de food processing industrie.
• Ervaring met installatie- of implementatieprojecten.

Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, initiatief neemt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en technische specialisten.

As a digital moments & promotions operations specialist for NIKE, you will drive the day-to-day operations that power the digital business across the EMEA region. Operating within an exciting and fast-paced environment, you will lead end-to-end operations for key seasonal initiatives and promotional campaigns across more than 30 countries.

• Experience: You bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce with a focus on operational process improvement.
• Communication: You are proficient in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation.
• Detail-Oriented: You have excellent organizational skills and a passion for details, allowing you to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptable: You are a self-starter who quickly picks up new systems and can work independently to manage ad-hoc requests.

what will you do
You will partner with multiple Nike Digital teams to execute the operational tasks that support the brand's business strategy for seasonal initiatives, Sport moments, and promotions.

• End-to-End execution: plan, execute and review digital moments across all channels, ensuring a flawless consumer journey across all countries.
• Roadmap Ownership: manage the digital moments project roadmap, creating actionable work-back plans and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Process Optimization: proactively drive process improvements, identify and resolve consumer journey issues and build strong upstream partnerships.
• Assortment Strategy: monitor pre-season and in-season inclusion and exclusion lists to ensure systems are set up accurately.
• Detail Management: perform manual, detail-oriented tasks that require exceptional accuracy and maintain essential documentation.

where will you work
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
