Als Project Assistant zorg je dat het Offshore Energy projectteam soepel kan werken door alles rondom organisatie en communicatie strak te regelen.

• Ondersteun de Project Director en Project Managers met administratieve en organisatorische taken;
• Coördineer communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders en bewaak opvolging van acties;
• Plan en organiseer vergaderingen, inclusief agenda's, stukken, notulen en actiepunten;
• Regel lunches, events en facilitaire zaken zoals kantoorbenodigdheden en vergaderruimtes;
• Bereid presentaties voor en breng structuur aan in terugkerende processen en overzichten.

Dit ben jij

Je bent een ervaren Project Assistant die zelfstandig werkt, snel schakelt en soepel communiceert in een internationale kantooromgeving.

• MBO 4-diploma, bij voorkeur in (office)managementrichting;
• 3–5 jaar ervaring als secretaresse of managementassistent;
• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en goede beheersing Engels;
• Gevorderde kennis van MS Office, SharePoint en Microsoft Teams.

Over het bedrijf

Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal maritiem bedrijf dat actief is binnen de offshore energiesector. Vanuit een modern kantoor werk je in een open en professionele omgeving, met korte lijnen tussen projectteams en ondersteunende afdelingen. Samen werk je aan uitdagende projecten en duurzame oplossingen voor de maritieme sector. Binnen het Offshore Energy Project Secretariat maak je deel uit van een compact team van twee collega’s.
Je werkt nauw samen met Project Directors en Project Managers en hebt contact met uiteenlopende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt ervoor dat projecten en betrokkenen goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd.De werksfeer is informeel, praktisch en collegiaal. Arts en Zorg ontzorgt jou als huisarts bij onze praktijk. Van ICT tot administratie. Daardoor heb je tijd om te doen wat het allerbelangrijkste is: patiënten adviseren, onderzoeken en behandelen. En doorsturen naar een specialist of andere zorgverlener als dat nodig is. Je bent onderdeel van een team waar je stem onmisbaar is.

Waar je gaat werken

Gezondheidscentrum Winschoten is een grote en moderne locatie met ongeveer 10.000 patiënten. Naast huisartsenzorg kunnen onze patiënten ook terecht voor bloedprikken, CRP, glucose en HB meting, het maken van een ECG, spirometrie, 24-uurs bloeddrukmeting, holteronderzoek en echografie.

Je komt te werken in een leuk dynamisch team wat bestaat uit huisartsen, Physician Assistant (PA), een verpleegkundig specialist, doktersassistenten, POH's en een POH-GGZ. De lijnen zijn kort en de hiërarchie ligt laag. Vanuit het wijkteam is er een sociaal werker in de praktijk aanwezig voor het project Welzijn op Recept en daarnaast is er ook een Ondersteuner Jeugd en Gezin aanwezig op de praktijk. Er wordt ook nauw samen gewerkt met beweegcentrum Winschoten en Apotheek Oldambtplein, gevestigd in hetzelfde pand. Het team van zorgverleners is groot en dynamisch. Je voelt je snel thuis bij ons!

Wat wij je bieden

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 8114,- en € 9546,- op basis van 5-daagse (1 fte) werkweek. Conform de Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 7239,26 en € 8516,78 op basis van 5-daagse (1 fte) werkweek. Conform de nawerking van de Cao Gezondheidscentra AHG.
• Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals reiskostenvergoeding, 20 wettelijke en 11,5 bovenwettelijke vakantiedagen op basis van fulltime dienstverband. En een automatische pensioenopbouw inclusief een tegemoetkoming van 50% door Arts en Zorg groep en een eindejaarsuitkering van 6%.
• In eerste instantie teken je een tijdelijk contract voor 24 tot 38 uur per week. We hebben natuurlijk de intentie om langdurig met elkaar samen te werken.
• De mogelijkheid om, in overleg, hybride te werken.
• Een persoonlijk budget voor scholing en andere functie- en beroepsgebonden uitgaven. En de mogelijkheid een kaderopleiding te volgen en/of opleider te worden. Jaarlijks krijg je 40 uur bij- en nascholingsverlof (betaalde scholingsuren). Daarnaast hebben we een leeromgeving waar veel trainingsmogelijkheden zijn.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, based in Rotterdam, you run the projects that matter: complete installations, load tests with the loadbank and the faults nobody else gets solved, in the data centers of Rotterdam, The Hague and well beyond. You prepare the work, write the work plan, align with the client and with the manufacturer, and sign off on the handover. As work responsible person and installation responsible person you decide how the work is done safely and who may do what. Apprentices and assistants work beside you and you train them into engineers who can run a job on their own. Extensive UPS experience is welcome, but what counts is that you learned the trade in commercial and industrial buildings and dare to carry responsibility.

The essentials: Salary €4.100 to €4.900 per month · 40 hours per week · Fulltime · Based in Rotterdam.

In this role you earn €4.100 at entry, rising to €4.900 as an experienced senior. Growing on to Lead Data Center Engineer can reach €5.900.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer in commercial and industrial buildings, for example offices, healthcare, industry or data centers
• MBO 3+ Electrical Engineering
• NEN 3140 VP, VCA VOL and NEN 1010
• You are the work responsible person (WV) and installation responsible person (IV) under NEN 3140, or you grow into those roles with us
• Knowledge of UPS systems, batteries and backup power, extensive experience with them is a strong plus
• You can lead a team and are a point of contact for clients
• You train apprentices and assistants into fully independent engineers
• Driver's license B, BE is a plus
