Overview

As a seasoned Master Data Management Expert, you will own the design, implementation and governance of enterprise-wide master data across key domains. You will bridge data architecture, integration engineering and governance to ensure trusted, consistent master data across platforms. You will collaborate with domain owners, data stewards and engineering teams to solve data integrity, quality and cataloging challenges at scale. This role offers impact by shaping governance, survivorship, and integration patterns in a complex data environment. You will work in a mission-driven setting focused on data-driven decisions and enterprise data quality.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead end-to-end design, build, and operation of MDM solutions for customer, product, supplier, and reference data
• Architect and configure MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Reltio, TIBCO EBX, SAP MDG, or equivalent) for survivorship, match-merge, and hierarchy management
• Define and enforce master data governance policies, ownership models, stewardship workflows, and escalation paths
• Develop and maintain data integration pipelines linking source systems, MDM hubs, and downstream consumers using ETL/ELT tooling
• Design data quality rules, profiling routines, and remediation workflows; operationalise DQ metrics and SLAs
• Collaborate with data architects to embed MDM standards into the enterprise data model and data product catalog
• Manage entity resolution, deduplication, and golden record construction logic for high-volume, complex data environments
• Establish and track KPIs for master data quality, completeness, timeliness, and consistency across domains
• Lead data stewardship forums, data council inputs, and cross-functional working groups on master data topics
• Drive continuous improvement of MDM processes, tooling, and workflows in response to business and regulatory change

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 2-5+ years hands-on experience with enterprise MDM platforms

• Experience with Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / Product 360 / Supplier 360), Reltio Cloud MDM, TIBCO EBX, SAP Master Data Governance, or Semarchy xDM

• Deep expertise in Informatica MDM Hub configuration (objects, staging, match-merge, trust frameworks, workflows, UI Workbench)

• Experience with at least one additional MDM or PIM platform (e.g., Stibo STEP, Akeneo, Profisee, Magnitude MDM)

• Proficiency designing data integration pipelines (Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Talend)

• Strong SQL skills; real-time/event-driven integration (Kafka, MQ); REST/SOAP APIs

• Knowledge of data virtualization and federated queries; cloud-native pipeline tooling (Databricks, dbt, Spark) is a plus

• Understanding of CDC patterns for keeping master records current

• Hands-on data quality tooling experience (IDQ, Axon, Collibra DQ, Ataccama, Great Expectations)

• Experience with governance tooling (Collibra, Axon, Alation, Purview, IBM InfoSphere Glossary) and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, BCBS 239)

About this role

As a Senior Data Analyst within our Global Finance Operations department, you will play a key role in driving data integrity, process efficiency, and strategic visibility across the Record to Report (R2R) team. Working closely with the Governance Lead and Continuous Improvement Managers, you will help foster a data-literate culture across the tower. These are some of the key components to the position:

• Lead the analysis of financial data flows between primary ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and upstream/downstream tools to reduce manual adjustments.
• Drive the optimization of month-end close (MEC) processes, leveraging our data ecosystem to enhance accuracy and real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with the Governance Lead and Master Data Management team to establish rigorous data quality standards and transparent data dictionaries.
• Acquire, manage, and maintain robust data pipelines from primary and secondary systems to support broader Global Finance Operations.
• Build and maintain automated reporting frameworks for R2R KPIs and OKRs to enable tower-level performance and initiative tracking.
• Identify and articulate process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to leadership, using data-driven evidence to aim high and raise the bar.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and process mining use cases alongside Tech and Data & Analytics teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert by helping one another succeed and guiding colleagues on analytical tools, methods, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of data literacy by delivering engaging training and awareness sessions focused on analytics and AI readiness.

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven expertise in data analysis, transformation, and insight generation within complex finance or e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, accounting principles, and sensitive financial data governance.
• High technical proficiency in Workday Finance (or similar ERPs) and financial reporting tools for complex data extraction and querying.
• Experience working with consolidation platforms (e.g., OneStream) and cross-functional finance system touchpoints.
• Strong SQL, BigQuery, and spreadsheet skills with a commitment to building transparent KPIs, automated dashboards, and data validation controls.

As our CRM Platform Engineer, you will join the CRM Platforms team-the exclusive owners and experts of the CRM technology stack at Just Eat .

what will you do
As a Lab Support Specialist, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for equipment-related SAP master data and document management. You will coordinate equipment introductions, manage periodic maintenance plans, and oversee purchase orders. You will also serve as the primary site contact for pipette maintenance, calibration, and validation with external partners. Additionally, you will support the global SAP Transcend project and contribute to our team's LEAN and compliance initiatives.

• Manage SAP master data for lab equipment, including periodic maintenance updates, equipment replacements, and creating Purchase Orders.
• Act as Document Management SME. Route documents, conduct periodic reviews, gap analyses, and update general lab documentation.
• Oversee site pipette maintenance, calibrations, and validations in coordination with external partners.
• Support the SAP Transcend project by testing SAP master data solutions across the J&J network.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and actively contribute to the team's LEAN continuous improvement goals.
