Overview

As Digital Enterprise Advisory Manager, you will lead transformations enabled by digital platforms, advising senior business and technology leaders on customer engagement, CRM strategy, target operating models, delivery governance, and value realization. You will shape opportunities, support presales and solutioning, and contribute to growing our advisory capability through coaching and knowledge sharing. The role combines leadership, commercial impact, and delivery excellence in a high-visibility environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead digital enterprise advisory engagements from strategy through design, delivery, adoption, and value realization
• Advise on digitally enabled growth, service transformation, customer experience, sales effectiveness, and relationship management
• Provide delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for complex programs
• Facilitate executive workshops, design sessions, and cross-functional alignment
• Establish outcome-focused delivery structures linking scope, governance, adoption, and benefits realization
• Engage with clients to understand ambitions and transformation opportunities
• Lead and contribute to presales activities including qualification, discovery, proposals, solution shaping, estimation, and presentations
• Shape integrated business and technology solutions with sales, Microsoft, solution architects, delivery leaders, and partners
• Support go-to-market initiatives and establish thought leadership in digital enterprise transformation
• Develop methodologies, assets, accelerators, and viewpoints across engagement, CRM, operating models, and delivery management
• Foster collaboration between advisory, sales, technology, and delivery teams
• Coach and mentor consultants to grow advisory, commercial, and delivery capabilities
• Promote knowledge sharing and reusable solution development across the firm
