As an Material Handling Equipment Trainer, you are responsible for training, coaching, and guiding new and existing employees in the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment. Working closely with Team Leaders and Operations, you will help maintain high safety and quality standards, develop employee skills, and drive continuous improvement across the logistics operation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver practical training on reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet trucks, and order-picking trucks
• Coach and support new and existing employees in safe and efficient equipment operation
• Conduct skills assessments, manage certifications, and organize refresher training
• Monitor training records, identify safety risks, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations to promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve operational processes

Working hours:

You will work in a day shift from Monday till Friday

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Wat wij vragen

• MBO-level education or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Good proficiency in english language
• Experience in logistics or operations, with practical knowledge of material handling equipment
• You posses valid reach truck and/or forklift certificates
• Strong communication and coaching skills, with a proactive and safety-conscious attitude

• A gross monthly salary between €2,732.05 and €3,393.41, depending on your knowledge and experience, with the potential to grow up to €4,055.98 within the salary scale

Om 10 uur bel je een kandidaat die net is afgewezen. Om 12 uur bel je een klant die staat te springen om diezelfde functie ingevuld te krijgen. Tussen die twee telefoontjes in zit jouw werk als intercedent.
Bij TRIXXO in Weert verdien je daarvoor tussen €2.650 en €3.600 bruto per maand, plus een bonus en 31,5 vrije dagen om er ook weer even tussenuit te zijn.
Over de functie

Wat ga je doen

• Je werft kandidaten actief, via de kanalen die op dat moment het beste werken — niet alleen via de vaste vacaturesite;
• Je bouwt klantrelaties op en zorgt dat ze blijven, ook als een plaatsing een keer niet meteen lukt;
• Je schrijft de vacatures zelf — en die klinken hopelijk niet meer als alle andere;
• Je voert de intakegesprekken en blijft betrokken bij een kandidaat, ook nadat iemand al is geplaatst;
• Je coördineert het hele traject: van eerste kennismaking tot plaatsing en de nazorg die daarna nog komt.

Wie we zoeken

• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar;
• Ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling of recruitment is vereist;
• Je past je toon moeiteloos aan — of je nu met een kandidaat op de werkvloer praat of met een manager bij een logistiek bedrijf;
• Je bent commercieel en resultaatgericht, en buigt een nee liever om naar een ja;
• Je werkt zelfstandig, maar niet op een eiland;
• Je pikt nieuwe systemen snel op;
• Je Nederlands is uitstekend; Engels is mooi meegenomen.
