Voor onze opdrachtgever in Veenendaal zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw. Dit bedrijf ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt wereldwijd innovatieve technieken voor verwerking en verpakking van agro- en bulkproducten. Ze realiseren totale fabrieken: van brainstormsessie en investeringsplan tot assemblage en volledige automatisering. Binnen dit vooruitstrevende bedrijf heerst een open cultuur en wordt er veel geïnvesteerd in de medewerkers. Ze geloven sterk in de drijvende kracht van hun talent- en passievolle teams. Creatieve inbreng wordt daarom ook zeer gewaardeerd door deze organisatie. Als Junior Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Project Engineering. Je wordt aangestuurd door de Project Manager. Samen met enkele collega Engineers word je toebedeeld aan een project.

Functie-inhoud:

• Je zorgt wereldwijd voor een efficiënte productievoorbereiding en planning van spare parts, door middel van een ERP systeem;
• Je fungeert als spin in het web en onderhoudt nauw contact met de afdeling Spares, Engineers, Logistiek werkvoorbereiders, Inkopers en Productiemedewerkers;
• Je hebt als Junior Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw te allen tijde overzicht over meerdere, vaak technisch spares projecten;
• Je ondersteunt onze Service Support afdeling met alle spares gerelateerde technische vragen;
• Door jouw commerciële inzicht en kennis zorg je voor een goede balans tussen commercie en productie;
• Je ondersteunt als Junior Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw spares en beheer van service voorraad bij vestigingen wereldwijd;
• Je houdt je bezig met analyse en procesverbeteringen;
• Je voert een performance check uit van productie- en reparatieorders;

Functie-eisen:

• Je hebt een HBO/WO opleiding afgerond in de richting van Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica;
• Enige kennis van productietechnieken -en methodes is een pré;
• Je kunt als Junior Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw technisch tekeningen lezen;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Je hebt inzicht in het opzetten van voor- en nacalculaties;
• Je beschikt over goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
• Je hebt als Junior Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw een dienstverlenende pragmatische instelling;
• Bereidheid om na de inwerkperiode incidenteel te reizen naar het buitenland (+/- 5%);
