Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij iemand die niet alleen de knoppen bedient maar ook begrijpt waarom, dan zoeken we jou als procesoperator kamerovens in Lomm.

Je werkt bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in warmtebehandeling, waarbij metaalproducten worden verhit en gekoeld om de structuur te versterken. Dit gebeurt in kamerovens die op hoge temperaturen draaien en waarbij elke lading nauwkeurig moet worden opgebouwd. Welke producten gaan samen in een oven, op welke temperatuur en hoelang? Dat bepaal jij. Een efficiënte ovenbelading, ook wel een combicharge, is cruciaal: een ovenrun die niet goed is opgebouwd kost het bedrijf direct tijd en geld.

Naast het samenstellen van de ladingen belaad en bedien jij de ovens zelf. Je bewaakt het proces, controleert installaties en houdt de kwaliteit van de behandelde producten in de gaten. Loopt er iets niet zoals het hoort? Dan meld jij de afwijking of storing en pak je eerstelijns onderhoud op.  Bouwen van efficiënte ovenladingen (combicharges) per producttype en temperatuureis.

• Beladen en bedienen van de kamerovens.
• Bewaken van het warmtebehandelingsproces en bijsturen waar nodig.
• Controleren van processen, installaties en producten op kwaliteit en specificaties.
• Melden van afwijkingen, storingen en kwaliteitsproblemen.
• Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
• Schoon en veilig houden van de machines en de directe werkomgeving.

Je werkt in 2 ploegen: van 06:00 tot 14:15 en van 14:00 tot 22:15.

Belangrijk:  afhankelijk van je ervaring in de procestechniek start je in deze functie als Aankomend Operator of direct Procesoperator . Wanneer je begint als Aankomend Operator is het doel om binnen 6-18 maanden door te stromen naar Procesoperator afhankelijk van hoe snel je alles oppakt.

Je werkt bij een van de modernste warmtebehandelbedrijven in Europa, gevestigd in Lomm. Met zo'n 45 medewerkers is het een compact maar technisch hoogwaardig bedrijf. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het behandelen van metalen onderdelen waarbij door verhitting en gecontroleerde afkoeling de structuur, sterkte of andere eigenschappen van het materiaal worden aangepast. Denk aan processen als harden, ontlaten, gloeien en carboneren. Met hun moderne doorloopovens kunnen ze vrijwel alle bekende warmtebehandelingen uitvoeren, op een hoog niveau en voor uiteenlopende industriele klanten.

Het is een nuchtere, professionele werkomgeving waar technische kennis en vakmanschap centraal staan. De lijnen zijn kort en iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Het bedrijf ligt in Lomm en is goed bereikbaar vanuit Venlo en Venray.

Wie ben je?

• Je hebt een MBO werk- en denkniveau en in de voorkeur een technische achtergrond;
• Je hebt technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur al ervaring in de procestechniek;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en begrijpt Engels;
• Je bent in het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat of bereid deze te halen;
• Geen moeite hebt met zwaarder werk in een warme omgeving.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Als aankomend operator krijg je een startsalaris tussen de €3.277,50 en €3.910 bruto incl. 15% ploegentoeslag;
• Als procesoperator krijg je een startsalaris tussen de €3.910 en €4.500 bruto incl. 15% ploegentoeslag;
• Een reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer van €0,23 per kilometer;
• Jaarlijks 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
• Werken in een twee ploegendienst van 06:00 tot 14:15 en van 14:00 tot 22:15;
• Een resultaatafhankelijke winstuitkering van maximaal 8% per jaar wanneer het bedrijf goed draait;

Over de functie

As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting and preparing metal components in a controlled environment. Your tasks will include:

• Working in a cleanroom while wearing the required protective clothing.
• Inspecting metal products for imperfections using a blacklight.
• Cleaning metal components according to the applicable instructions.
• Checking materials to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Packaging products carefully and hygienically in a cleanroom environment.
• Following the production schedule and monitoring delivery times using a tablet.
• In this position as Cleanroom Operator you will work in 2 shifts.
• Assembling components based on technical drawings.

Wat wij vragen

• Good command of the English and/or Dutch language (spoken);
• Strong attention to detail and a precise way of working;
• Preferably experience working in a cleanroom environment or within the metal industry.

• A gross salary of up to €3.500 per month;
• A job in 2 shifts with these worktimes: 06:00 till 14:15 and 14:15 till 22:30 except on friday, on friday you will be done at 20:30.
