Je wordt Process Operator op een unieke, eerste-van-zijn-soort FDCA Flagship plant nabij Delfzijl. Dagelijks zorg je dat installaties starten, draaien en veilig blijven werken, terwijl je direct bijdraagt aan de opschaling van een duurzame polymeer-technologie. Je werkt in een klein, gedreven team in een 5-ploegendienst en bent vaak degene die snel en praktisch oplossingen vindt bij onverwachte storingen. Naast bedieningswerk neem je deel aan onderhoudsvoorbereiding, validatie-activiteiten en eerste analyses bij incidenten. Deze functie vraagt van je dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor continuïteit en kwaliteit, dat je volgens strikte veiligheids- en milieueisen werkt en dat je jouw technische kennis inzet om de fabriek stabiel te krijgen en te houden.

Functie-inhoud

• Starten, bedienen en bijsturen van procesinstallaties om continue productie en stabiliteit van de fabriek te waarborgen.
• Voorbereiden en begeleiden van reparaties en gepland onderhoud samen met het onderhoudsteam en externe specialisten.
• Uitvoeren van eerste analyses bij storingen en incidenten en snel passende acties voorstellen en uitvoeren.
• Bijdragen aan validatie en opschaling van de gepatenteerde technologie en verbeteringen implementeren waar nodig.

Functie-eisen

• Afgeronde VAPRO B of VAPRO C opleiding en aantoonbare ervaring als Process Operator in de procesindustrie.
• Ervaring met de opbouw of inbedrijfstelling van chemische fabrieken en/of pilot plants is vereist.
• Pragmatische, flexibele hands-on mentaliteit met goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden onder druk.
• Je werkt veilig volgens voorschriften, houdt rekening met milieueisen en functioneert goed in 5-ploegendienst.

Over de vacature

Als Process Operator op de EHP-lijn bedien en bewaak je sproeidrooginstallaties binnen een voedingsmiddelenproductieomgeving. Je houdt het productieproces continu in de gaten en grijpt in bij afwijkingen in procesparameters. Samen met de Technische Dienst voer je onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, plan je periodieke reinigingen en zorg je dat grondstoffen tijdig worden toegevoegd. Hygiëne, veiligheid en werken volgens TPM-methodieken zoals 5S zijn dagelijkse praktijk. De functie wordt uitgevoerd in een 5-ploegen volcontinu rooster; je rapporteert aan de ploegsupervisor en levert een directe bijdrage aan de productkwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van de installaties. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling naar allround procesoperator, met interne trainingsmogelijkheden en praktijkgerichte begeleiding.

Functie-inhoud

• Bedienen en bewaken van sproeidrooginstallaties en gerelateerde proceslijnen tijdens jouw dienst volgens vastgestelde procesparameters.
• Samenwerken met Technische Dienst voor gepland onderhoud, storingsanalyse en het terugdringen van uitvaltijd aan installaties.
• Uitvoeren van grondige periodieke reiniging en op het juiste moment storten van grondstoffen in het productieproces.
• Werken volgens TPM-methodieken en 5S, signaleren van verbeteringen en actief deelnemen aan teamverbeterprojecten.

Functie-eisen

• Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in levensmiddelentechnologie, procestechniek, techniek of een VAPRO-achtergrond.
• Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, en vaardigheid met geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen.
• Oog voor hygiëne en veiligheid, stressbestendig en communicatief vaardig binnen ploegendienstomgevingen.

Functie

• Operate a variety of CNC milling and turning machines
• Machine both small production batches and single-piece components

• Able to read technical drawings
