Dit ga je doen als Lead Production

Tijdens de bouw van het jacht komen precisie en vakmanschap samen. Het resultaat is een casco dat sterk en veilig is. Het is ook klaar om uit te groeien tot een meesterwerk op het water.

Als Lead Production stuur jij met je team de volledige constructie aan, van casco bouw op locatie tot de outfitting fase. Deze fase vindt plaats op de werf op de Kaag. Functioneel rapporteer je aan de project (fase) manager en hiërarchisch aan de Manager Constructie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Lead Production:

• Leidinggeven aan montagemedewerkers, teamleiders, werkvoorbereiders en kwaliteitscontroleurs.
• Zorgen dat projecten worden uitgevoerd volgens de gestelde leveringstermijnen, kwaliteitsnormen en budgetten.
• Nauw betrokken zijn bij de planning en verdeling van de werkzaamheden aan boord.
• De kwaliteit bewaken en verbeterpunten initiëren tijdens de bouw van casco's.
• Deelnemen aan interne en externe overleggen met projectteams en externe partijen.
• Rapporteren aan de Project Manager over de voortgang van de toegewezen werkzaamheden en projecten.

Jij stapt er meteen in en maakt vanaf dag één impact. Jij snapt hoe je overzicht houdt, brengt mensen en planningen in beweging en zorgt dat het project strak op koers blijft, binnen scope, tijd én budget.

• Je zet de projectplanning op, bewaakt mijlpalen, brengt afhankelijkheden in kaart en ondersteunt bij risicoanalyses.
• Je analyseert de inzet en capaciteit van het team en stuurt bij waar nodig.
• Je verzorgt haarscherpe voortgangsrapportages en signaleert risico's en knelpunten voordat ze een probleem worden.
• Je beheert projectdocumentatie en bewaakt de kwaliteit van opleverpunten.
