what will you do
As an operator at Albelli, you are responsible for the entire production process. An average day looks like this: you start up the machines, check product quality, troubleshoot any minor faults, and ensure the production lines run optimally. You work accurately and efficiently to meet our high quality standards.

• You accurately set up and adjust the machines to achieve the best production results
• You ensure a seamless process by changing the different types of paper in the machines at the right time
• You immediately identify, analyze, and resolve malfunctions so the line is up and running again in no time
• You strictly check the finished products against the set quality standards; only the best work leaves the machine
• You retrieve the necessary production data and ensure the orders are processed accurately in the administration system

where will you work
At Albelli in The Hague, you will work in a dynamic and international environment. • You'll work a fixed 2-shift rotation schedule. In 3-shifts starting in October
• You'll receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per km (for distances of 10 km and over)
• Full-time availability is required. You will generally be scheduled for four days a week, with a fifth day added during busy periods. If we scale up to three shifts, we will extend this to a fifth and sometimes a sixth workday. No leave is permitted

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en corrigeren van pallets die om diverse redenen naar jou worden gestuurd. Daarnaast ben je ook flexibel inzetbaar op andere werkplekken binnen de afdeling SF.

• Het vervangen van verkeerde of beschadigde pallets
• Het omzetten van meerdere stapels naar één pallet
• Het verwijderen van fouten uit pallets
• Het trillen van pallets om de stapelkwaliteit te verbeteren
• Het tijdig bestellen van benodigde pallets bij de liftman of voorwerkers
• Het bewaken van de veiligheid en productieresultaten op de werkplek

wat ga je doen
Als Operator ben jij de onmisbare schakel die onze machines laat draaien en storingen de baas blijft. Je stuurt, controleert en grijpt in waar nodig om miljoenen rijstwafels perfect de fabriek uit te laten gaan. In een 3-ploegendienst zorg je samen met je collega's voor een gestroomlijnd proces, van de ruwe grondstof tot het verpakte eindproduct.

Jouw dagelijkse uitdagingen:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig in- en omstellen van onze diverse productiemachines. Je zorgt dat de lijn klaarstaat voor de volgende batch.
• Je signaleert afwijkingen direct. Eerstelijns storingen los je zelfstandig op, jij laat je niet zomaar uit het veld slaan door een haperende machine.
• Je waarborgt de constante kwaliteit van de producten.
• Je werkt in een omgeving waar veiligheid en voedselveiligheid hoge prioriteit hebben. Je houdt je werkplek schoon en veilig voor jezelf en je collega's.
• Je rapporteert aan de lijnverantwoordelijke en teamleider, waarbij je actief meedenkt over hoe we het proces nóg efficiënter kunnen inrichten.
