In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je administratieve en logistieke werkzaamheden. Je wordt intern opgeleid zodat je verantwoordelijk wordt voor het gehele logistieke proces binnen de organisatie: van het ontvangen en controleren van goederen tot het regelen van dagelijkse verzendingen vanuit het magazijn. Ook onderhoud je regelmatig contact met onze internationale leveranciers om de verzendingen tijdig te coördineren. Communicatie verloopt via e-mail, telefoon en de online systemen.
Daarnaast ondersteun je de Technische Binnendienst, waardoor je een breed beeld krijgt van de interne processen. Voor deze functie krijg je interne trainingen om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je werk wordt verdeeld over kantoor en magazijn, dit zal ongeveer 50/50% zijn.
