Deze installaties worden afgenomen door bekende namen uit de houtbouw, interieurbouw, metaal- en papierindustrie.

Functieomschrijving

Het betreft hier een zeer gevarieerde en dynamische job waarbij klantcontact zowel intern als extern centraal staan. Samen met het serviceteam regel en coördineer jij de service inzetten die nodig zijn bij onze klanten.

Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten in houtverwerking, metaal en recycling. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan klanten zoals trappenbouwers, palletbedrijven en alle andere bouw gerelateerde toeleveranciers.

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken

Werken voor Holtrop & Jansma is werken voor de meest uiteenlopende projecten en gerenommeerde opdrachtgevers. Als Service Coördinator brengt dit de volgende verantwoordelijkheden en taken met zich mee:

• Als service coördinator ben je samen met het serviceteam medeverantwoordelijk voor een gestroomlijnde planning, terugkoppeling en opvolging van de service aanvragen.
• Je bereidt inspectierapporten voor en bespreekt die voorafgaand aan het servicebezoek met de servicetechnicus. Na de inspectie controleer je de rapportage voordat deze naar de klant wordt gestuurd en bereid je e.e.a. voor t.b.v. de opvolging;
• Je ondersteunt bij het voorbereiden van eventuele reizen van montage- en servicemedewerkers;
• Je coördineert service inzetten in samenspraak met collega’s en bespreekt dit met externe klanten;
• Je neemt deel aan besprekingen en zoekt op aanvraag van collega’s gegevens bij elkaar t.b.v. de facturering van service inzetten.

Functie-eisen

Wij vinden het belangrijk om de Holtrop & Jansma-kwaliteit en de goede werksfeer te waarborgen. Daarom stellen wij een aantal eisen aan onze medewerkers:

• MBO en/of HBO werk en denkniveau; liefst met werktuigbouwkundige opleiding en met ervaring in de machinebouw;
• Je bent oplossingsgericht en bestand tegen periodiek hogere werkdruk. In deze context sta je er echter nooit alleen voor;
• Je bent een teamspeler en flexibel ingesteld;
• Klantgericht kunnen denken en daarmee dus niet klant gezwicht handelend;
• Uiteraard kunnen omgaan met een PC en gerelateerde programma’s (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc);
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (zowel mondeling en schriftelijk) aangevuld met Duits is een pre

wat ga je doen
Je bent samen met je leuke collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van de metalen gietstukken. Dit doe je door middel van controle met het blote oog. Tijdens deze controle sla je gelijk, met een hamer, onderdelen los van elkaar. Deze losse onderdelen gaan vervolgens naar de slijperij. Bij de slijperij worden de mallen geslepen zodat er geen scherpe stukken meer aanzitten en worden de gaten handmatig of met de machine doorgeboord. Daarnaast leer je hoe de gietstukken gemaakt worden en leer je een goed metalen gietstuk van een slechte te onderscheiden. Samen met je collega's ga je elke dag voor het beste resultaat! Onder andere onderstaande werkzaamheden komen voor bij Nefit Industrial in Deventer:

• controleren van de metalen gietstukken
• werken in een stoffige omgeving
• onderdelen van elkaar los slaan met een hamer
• slijpen van de metalen gietstukken

Productiemedewerkers zijn op deze werkplek in een team verantwoordelijk voor het aanvoeren, besturen en bevoorraden van de metaalpersen en het gehele voor- en natraject in de spuiterij van DAF Trucks.

Afwerking: Na het drogen van de onderdelen haal je ze weer uit het ophangsysteem.

Inpakken & Verzending: Je controleert, sorteert en pakt de complete onderdelen netjes in. Daarna maak je ze verzendklaar voor de rest van de productie.
