Jouw Elektro-Magie:
Als elektromonteur bij Unifortes ben jij de elektronische goochelaar die onze machines tot leven brengt. Jouw verhaal begint met een diepgaande kennis van elektronica en technologie. Je bent de elektromonteur die complexe elektrotechnische componenten, zoals schakelkasten en onderdelen, moeiteloos assembleert volgens strikte tekeningen en richtlijnen.

Jij bent de held die elektrotechnische storingen opspoort en oplost, I/O-testen uitvoert en veiligheidsinspecties nauwgezet afrondt. In ons elektro-magazijn beheer je zorgvuldig de elektromaterialen, terwijl je ook machines bekabelt, aansluit en elektrotechnisch in bedrijf stelt.

Jouw nauwkeurigheid is ongeëvenaard, of je nu kabellijsten bijhoudt of service rapporten invult en laat ondertekenen door tevreden klanten. Je bent niet bang om vuile handen te krijgen, zowel in ons elektro-magazijn als op locatie bij de klant. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden verdelen we onder 3 categorieën, namelijk:

• De productie en het assembleren van elektrotechnische componenten.
• Het bekabelen, aansluiten en elektrotechnisch in bedrijfstellen van machines.
• Een correcte administratieve afhandeling van de werkzaamheden op locatie.

Ben je geschikt?
Voor deze rol werk je vanuit ons kantoor in de buurt van Rotterdam, maar je zult een enkele keer ook op locatie werken. Dit vereist zelfstandigheid, kunde en discipline. Je schittert wanneer je spreekt over elektrotechniek en het oplossen van complexe problemen. Daarnaast heb je:

• Mbo4 werk- en denkniveau.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
• Geldig VCA-certificaat.
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Engels is een pré.

Werkvoorbereider lasersnijder

Als werkvoorbereider lasersnijder bij Ville ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en productie. Samen met je collega van de tekenkamer werk je nauw samen met de werkplaatschef en de werkvoorbereiders. Je ontvangt technische tekeningen van klanten of collega’s en zet deze om naar bestanden die klaar zijn voor de lasersnijmachine. Hierbij is optimaal plaatgebruik een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Soms krijg je schetsen of kladtekeningen aangeleverd die jij uitwerkt tot een nette tekening, bijvoorbeeld voor losse onderdelen. Het volledig uitwerken van complete machines komt minder vaak voor – jouw focus ligt vooral op onderdelen en plaatwerk.

Wat je écht doet, behalve puzzelen met plaatwerk

• Ontvangen en bewerken van technische tekeningen zodat ze geschikt zijn voor nesting en lasersnijden
• Opstellen van CAM-files voor de lasersnijder
• Zorgen voor optimaal plaatgebruik en minimale verspilling
• Uitwerken van schetsen of kladtekeningen tot complete 2D/3D-tekeningen
• Ondersteunen van de productie bij vragen over tekeningen en onderdelen
• Incidenteel meewerken aan de uitwerking van grotere machineprojecten

what will you do
As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure our production lines never miss a beat. You’ll be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance, keeping our equipment at optimum levels. Beyond repairs, you’ll support new equipment installations and participate in improvement projects. You’ll work closely with the engineering team and production operators to troubleshoot issues and maintain a high-quality environment. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver medical solutions safely and efficiently.

As a E&I Maintenance Technician, you are in charge of ensuring the smooth operation of the production and utility assets at Leiden and Sassenheim sites by responding to and resolving technical malfunctions. Your expertise is key to maintaining diverse equipment, from utility systems and labs to complex biotech production (e.g., fermentation, filtration). You will perform this work in accordance with GMP guidelines.

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to the weekly schedule.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and structured root cause investigations for equipment failures.
• Support site automation and participate in new equipment commissioning and validation.
• Train operators on asset care and ensure all equipment safety devices work perfectly.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready workspace following 5S and GMP requirements.
• New equipment installation, maintenance and contribute in improvement projects.

Wie ben jij
Je bent een technisch vaardige productiemedewerker met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent scherp op afwijkingen en handelt zelfstandig bij verstoringen. Een interne training (op korte termijn) tot operator is wat jij wil! Ervaring als operator is niet nodig. Ervaring als productiemedewerker is wel gewenst.

• Minimaal MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau.
• Affiniteit met techniek en het vermogen om kleine storingen op te lossen
• Beschikbaarheid om in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken (en in de toekomst wellicht 5 ploegen).
• Kennis van of ervaring met hygiëne- en kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de foodsector (HACCP is een pre).
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Wat ga je doen
Als productiemedewerker ga je in opleiding tot operator. Uiteindelijk heb je een leidende rol binnen jouw deel van de fabriek. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om de productiedoelstellingen te behalen en de hoge kwaliteitsnormen te garanderen. Je rapporteert aan de teamleider productie.

• Besturing: Het instellen, bedienen en continu monitoren van meerdere lijnen.
• Kwaliteitszorg: Het uitvoeren van controles op grondstoffen, halffabricaten en het eindproduct volgens vastgestelde protocollen.
• Troubleshooting: Het snel en adequaat oplossen van technische en operationele verstoringen in het proces.
• Aansturing: Functioneel begeleiden en instrueren van de lijnmedewerkers om een hoge productiviteit te borgen.
• Rapportage: Het zorgvuldig vastleggen van procesdata, productieresultaten en geconstateerde afwijkingen.
• Orde en Veiligheid: Toezien op de naleving van alle voorschriften omtrent veiligheid, hygiëne en orde op de werkplek.
