what will you do
As an Assembly Technician, you build high-tech medical systems from start to finish. You work with technical drawings to create advanced equipment that doctors rely on during complex medical treatments. Every cable, cabinet, and component you assemble directly contributes to a patient’s health and safety.

• You assemble high-end medical equipment and full system modules using modern tools.
• You read technical drawings and follow digital work instructions step-by-step.

You will join the MRI department at Philips Healthcare in Best. This is located in the vibrant heart of the Brainport Eindhoven region.

• You can read technical drawings and work instructions;
• You have at least an MBO level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a technical field;
• You have a good command of either Dutch or English.

what will you do
Step into the world of high-tech medical technology!
At 7:00 AM, you arrive at the department in Best and grab the work instructions for the latest MRI system. Today, you are assembling a mechanical patient table and working on the electrical wiring of a control cabinet.

No two days are the same: you regularly rotate between different workstations. As soon as a component is finished, you independently carry out the functionality tests. Your precision ensures that doctors can soon make razor-sharp diagnoses.

• Assembling medical components and control cabinets from technical drawings;
• Wiring, testing, and labeling sub-assemblies;
• Contributing ideas to improve operational processes.

where will you work
You will join the Philips Healthcare High Tech Campus in Best, an international pioneer in medical equipment. You will be joining a tight-knit team of 20 fellow technicians led by Team Leader Frans.
You will receive an intensive 2-month onboarding program with a personal mentor and earn an official certificate.
