As a Logistics Worker, you work in a modern distribution center where road and air freight shipments are processed daily. You start your shift at 07:00, 08:00, 10:00 or 12:00 by receiving incoming goods and checking transport documents. Als allround medewerker groenvoorziening houd je je bezig met het onderhouden van de openbare ruimte op verschillende locaties in de omgeving van Aalsmeer. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en geen dag is hetzelfde.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Onderhoud van speeltuinen.
• Onderhoud van plantsoenen.

You start the day with a fresh cup of coffee, have a quick, to-the-point check-in with your team leader, and dive straight into the warehouse. From collecting orders on the EPT to getting freight ready for transport: you stay physically active, keep an overview, and work together with your team to supply stores and customers on time. Tasks:

• Order picking exotic products in various storage locations efficiently and safely.
• Operating an EPT to move goods quickly and safely through the warehouse.
• Moving freight and stock to loading docks, storage areas, and delivery vehicles.
• Stacking and packing goods neatly for safe shipment.
• Keeping the work environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Working closely with your team and coordinating with connected stores.
• Working longer hours on busy days whenever you want to.

What we are looking for:

• A true doer who is physically in great shape and loves to roll up their sleeves.
• An EPT certificate is required (don't have one yet? We will arrange it for you!).
• You are looking for stability and a long-term commitment.
• Available for the fixed working hours from 06:00 to 15:00.
• Willing to work two Saturdays per month from 06:00 to 11:00.
• Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure during peak times.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English to understand work instructions.
• Living in or near Hoofddorp, such as Amsterdam, Aalsmeer, Haarlem, or Nieuw-Vennep.

De organisatie verzorgt productieactiviteiten in een hal waar mechanische en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden samenkomen en waar operationele continuïteit en kwaliteitsbewaking centraal staan. De werkomgeving is praktisch ingesteld en gericht op veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden met duidelijke werkprocedures en korte communicatielijnen tussen technische en logistieke teams. De locatie in Aalsmeer ondersteunt seizoensgebonden piekperiodes waarin de productie tijdelijk in ploegendienst kan draaien en waar onderhoud en storingsdiagnose belangrijke werkzaamheden zijn. Werken bij deze organisatie betekent bijdragen aan een efficiënt productieproces, uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud, en samenwerken aan continue verbetering van processen en veiligheid. Functie-inhoud

• Als Machineoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en technisch onderhouden van sorteermachines en het bewaken van het productieproces;
• Bedien en controleer de sorteermachines en het automatische transportsysteem als Machineoperator;
• Los storingen op en voer preventief onderhoud uit om uitvaltijd te minimaliseren;
• Voer maandelijkse controles en ijkingen uit en registreer resultaten volgens keurings- en onderhoudsplannen;
• Bedien en verplaats tafels met de overheadkraan en ondersteun bij technische kluswerkzaamheden in het laagseizoen;
• Start en stel PLC-gestuurde sorteermachines, transportbanden en verpakkingslijnen zelfstandig in, voer eerste lijns onderhoud en eenvoudige mechanische en sensorcontroles uit en registreer kwaliteitsmetingen digitaal, en schakel technische dienst in bij complexe storingen;

Functie-eisen

• VMBO-opleiding afgerond of een schoolverlater met interesse in techniek;
• Technisch inzicht en handigheid bij mechanische en lichte elektrische werkzaamheden;
