Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle and support a cross-functional HR delivery network in an international setting. You will optimize processes, handle complex cases, and leverage HR data and systems to drive better decisions. Collaboration with Local HR, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence will be key as you own improvements and share knowledge with the team. This position offers the chance to shape HR operations in a global environment and contribute to a One HR mindset.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle with SLAs
• Handle employee queries, complex cases and escalations with stakeholders to find effective solutions
• Act as an expert in HR systems, supporting adoption and identifying opportunities for automation
• Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and regulations, including audit support
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify root causes and provide actionable insights
• Partner with Local HR, HRDC teams, Centers of Excellence, Payroll and external vendors for service delivery
• Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain high-quality process documentation, SOPs and training materials
• Support HR Operations projects, onboarding and training, while mentoring junior team members

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations, HR Shared Services or similar background

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle

• Experience with HR systems; knowledge of Workday is a plus

• Ability to work with HR data and documentation and contribute to process improvements

• Proven ability to partner with diverse HR stakeholders in an international or matrix organization

• Exposure to payroll inputs, audits or HR projects is advantageous

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Strong stakeholder management and communication

• HR systems experience; Workday would be an advantage

• Data analysis of HR metrics
