Als Software Quality Engineer in Den Haag zorg je ervoor dat software voor machines in de apothekers- en ziekenhuismarkt betrouwbaar functioneert. Je vormt de schakel tussen softwareontwikkeling, hardware en kwaliteit. Daarbij test je zowel bestaande toepassingen als software voor nieuwe machines. Die machines helpen medicatie efficiënt en veilig te verpakken, controleren en distribueren. Je werk draagt daarmee bij aan technologie waarop patiënten en zorgprofessionals moeten kunnen vertrouwen. Je stelt teststrategieën op, voert functionele, prestatie- en beveiligingstests uit en legt de resultaten zorgvuldig vast. Ook plan en coördineer je software releases en werk je aan het automatiseren van tests en het opnemen daarvan in het integratieproces. Omdat de software nauw samenwerkt met fysieke machines, test je waar nodig ook met een representatieve testomgeving of met de machine zelf. Je analyseert afwijkingen, helpt problemen te diagnosticeren en ondersteunt waar nodig bij onderzoek op klantlocaties. In deze functie combineer je technisch inzicht met een gestructureerde, analytische werkwijze. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair softwareteam en denkt actief mee over hoe testaanpakken en kwaliteit verder kunnen verbeteren. Ervaring met desktop- en webapplicaties, versiebeheer en methoden voor softwareontwikkeling en kwaliteitsbewaking sluit goed aan. Kennis van JSON, XML en SQL is belangrijk; ervaring met onder meer .NET, Selenium, CAN of PLC is een pré. Je werkt 40 uur per week in Den Haag, binnen een informele organisatie met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling.

Functie-inhoud

• Je voert handmatige functionele, prestatie- en beveiligingstests uit op software voor bestaande en toekomstige machines.
• Je ontwikkelt teststrategieën en maakt documentatie voor softwaretests en tests van de hardware-integratie.
• Je plant en coördineert software releases en bewaakt dat testactiviteiten aansluiten op het releaseproces.
• Je automatiseert tests en helpt deze te integreren in het integratieproces van het softwareteam.
• Je monitort testresultaten, analyseert afwijkingen en maakt kwaliteitsproblemen inzichtelijk voor betrokken collega's.
• Je bouwt representatieve testomgevingen op, onderhoudt deze en voert waar nodig tests met de machine uit.
• Je ondersteunt bij het diagnosticeren van softwareproblemen, ook wanneer onderzoek op een klantlocatie nodig is.

Functie-eisen

• Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en affiniteit met machinebouw en de combinatie van software en hardware.
• Je hebt ervaring met het testen van desktop- en webapplicaties en werkt nauwkeurig bij het vastleggen van resultaten.
• Je bent bekend met versiebeheersystemen, kwaliteitsmethoden en ontwikkelmethoden voor software.
• Je kunt werken met JSON, XML en SQL en gebruikt die kennis bij het beoordelen of testen van software.
• Je hebt affiniteit met hardware-software-integratie en kunt complexe technische problemen analytisch benaderen.

A tech-focused market-maker with groundbreaking success in the high frequency trading space, my client is seeking a highly skilled, creative problem-solver to be their next hands-on AI Engineer in a dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to own the full lifecycle - from rapid prototyping through production rollout - as you design, build, and deploy robust AI agents using Python, integrating AI solutions with existing enterprise systems. • Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
• Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
