Jouw impact
Als Shift Team Leader in Delfzijl geef je leiding aan een team van circa 15 medewerkers in de 5-ploegendienst en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen binnen de afdeling Poly & Recovery. Je zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare operatie waarbij kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kosten continu in balans zijn.

Samen met negen collega Shift Team Leaders stuur je de productie van onze monomeren- en polymeerprocessen in Delfzijl aan. In nauwe samenwerking met de Team Leaders Day Shift en Plantmanagers vorm je het operationele hart van de fabriek en draag je dagelijks bij aan de prestaties en verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.

Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, stuurt op prestaties en creëert een omgeving waarin medewerkers zich ontwikkelen, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en samen successen behalen. Wat ga je doen?

• Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een productieteam en zorgt voor een veilige, resultaatgerichte werkomgeving.
• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, kwantiteit en voortgang van het productieproces.
• Je stimuleert continu verbeteren en vertaalt verbetermogelijkheden naar concrete acties.
• Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt medewerkers zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf en het team kunnen halen.
• Je draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en borgt de naleving van QHSE-richtlijnen.
• Je treedt op als bedrijfsdeskundige bij calamiteiten en ziet toe op een veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
• Je levert input voor het operationeel jaarplan en vertaalt doelstellingen naar acties op de werkvloer.
• Je werkt nauw samen met je collega Shift Team Leaders en maakt onderdeel uit van het leidinggevend team van de Poly- en Recoveryfabriek.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Allround operator werk je in een 5-ploegendienst en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van complexe chemische processen. Door de complexiteit van onze fabriek krijg je een uitgebreid intern opleidingsprogramma tijdens werktijd. Je Shift Team Leader, mentor, praktijkinstructeurs en collega's ondersteunen je volledig.

• Je lost zelfstandig processtoringen op
• Je voert storingsanalyses, procescontroles en trendbewaking uit

• Je verzorgt logistieke werkzaamheden met grondstoffen en eindproducten

Jouw baan in een notendop 
Als procesoperator controleer en beheers je het productieproces in een van onze chemische fabrieken, zodanig dat de output op efficiënte wijze binnen de gestelde normen ten aanzien van kwaliteit, kwantiteit, milieu en veiligheid plaatsvindt.  
 
Door de complexiteit van de fabriek hebben we een intern opleidingsprogramma (tijdens werktijd) om je zo de fabriek, op jouw snelheid, aan te leren. Hierbij krijg je vanzelfsprekend ondersteuning van je Shift Team Leader, mentor, onze praktijkinstructeurs en natuurlijk je collega’s. Samen doen we er alles aan om je snel thuis te laten voelen. Je werkt in een 5 ploegendienst, je standplaats is Delfzijl.

Daarnaast:

• Verhelp je zelfstandig processtoringen;
• Voer je storingsanalyses, procescontroles, trendbewaking en productanalyse uit;

Wij zijn Teijin Aramid, 's-werelds nummer één aramideproducent. Een bedrijf met klanten in 74 landen, dat heeft geholpen records te breken, ruimtevaartuigen naar Mars te sturen en vooruitgang te boeken in de Formule 1. Onze producten zijn wereldwijd te vinden in veel verschillende toepassingen en markten zoals automotive, ballistische bescherming, marine, windenergie, civiele techniek, beschermende kleding en optische kabels.

Op onze locatie in Delfzijl werken circa 275 mensen. Op deze locatie wordt in vier chemische fabrieken, in meerdere complexe processtappen, het para-aramidepolymeer vervaardigd dat de basis vormt van de hoogwaardige aramidevezel Twaron.

Jouw profiel

Als Junior Procesoperator krijg je de kans om het vak écht te leren in een high‑tech chemische omgeving. Je ondersteunt bij het controleren en beheersen van het productieproces en ontdekt hoe je ervoor zorgt dat onze output veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen wordt geproduceerd. Op onze locatie in Delfzijl werken circa toffe 275 collega’s. Hier produceren we in vier chemische fabrieken het para‑aramidepolymeer dat de basis vormt voor onze hoogwaardige aramidevezel Twaron. We zijn trots dat we de grootste aramidefabriek ter wereld hebben.

Je ploeg bestaat tussen 5 en 8 operators met wie je de dagelijkse besturing van de plants realiseert. Aangezien je veel met elkaar samenwerkt, is het teamgevoel net zo belangrijk. Er worden regelmatig ‘teamuitjes’ georganiseerd.

Wat breng je met je mee?
Je staat aan het begin van je carrière en hebt een afgeronde opleiding Operator B, Operator C of AOT niveau 4. Affiniteit met de chemische industrie is mooi meegenomen, de rest leren wij je graag.

De Functie-  Shift Leader:

Als Shift Leader zorg jij ervoor dat alles tijdens jouw shift op rolletjes loopt. Je ondersteunt de General Manager wanneer die aanwezig is, maar bij afwezigheid ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke. Je stuurt het team aan, helpt klanten, ondersteunt in de keuken en pakt alles op wat nodig is. Een echte allrounder dus!
