Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead Adyen's AML detection product within Identity & Risk Intelligence, shaping scalable ML-driven risk capabilities for a growing payments platform. You'll partner with Compliance and cross-functional teams to translate regulatory needs into product boundaries and execution. Your work will drive self-service detection, improve signal quality, and scale detection across markets. This role offers the chance to influence how financial crime detection evolves with ML, GenAI, and agentic approaches at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead the build and scale of ML models, rules, and risk signals for financial crime detection across products, markets, and customers
• Drive a self-service detection framework that rapidly adapts to new typologies using ML, GenAI, and agentic approaches
• Own the execution of the financial crime detection strategy, prioritizing with data-driven trade-offs
• Partner with Compliance to translate regulatory expectations into product boundaries and demonstrate continuous improvement to regulators
• Define detection performance metrics and continuously improve signal quality for Investigations
• Lead and align a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Backend Engineers, and stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and risk teams

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8+ years in Product Management building ML-driven, high-scale products in tech or fintech environments

• 2+ years in AML, fraud detection, or financial crime

• Proven track record owning and scaling ML-driven detection, scoring, or risk models

• Experience in regulated environments such as payments, banking, or fintech

• Strong influence with senior stakeholders, especially Compliance, Legal, and Risk

• Data-driven decision making with ability to own outcomes without a single clean success metric
