As an SAP Sourcing and Procurement Consultant at Accenture, you help implement SAP-based procurement solutions for international clients. You'll work across blueprint, analysis, design, realization, testing and delivery, with exposure to S/4HANA, Ariba and non-SAP options like Coupa. You join a team of SAP specialists, collaborating with cross-border clients and client teams. This role blends technical delivery with content and/or managerial contributions, depending on your interests. You will shape transformative procurement solutions and drive value at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Contribute to SAP-based sourcing and procurement implementations for (inter)national clients
• Engage in blueprint, analysis, design, realization, testing and delivery activities
• Work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or Coupa solutions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor or Master degree

• Proven SAP implementation project experience for at least 5 years

• Strong knowledge of SAP Source to Pay processes

• Excellent written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written

Overview

As an SAP Lead Consultant - Procurement, you will design and deliver SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions, aligning with SAP Best Practices and cloud delivery methods. You'll lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes across finance, logistics, and sourcing, and integrate CALM, Grow with SAP and Rise with SAP into delivery. You'll mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and promote innovations in procurement tooling. This role combines hands-on configuration with strategic leadership in a multinational setting.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions using SAP Best Practices and industry standards
• Apply SAP Activate across project phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run)
• Integrate Grow, Rise and CALM into delivery, governance, and lifecycle management
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay process with strong cross-functional integration
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops (Activate Explore phase)
• Configure and optimize SAP MM and related procurement modules (Ariba, Central Procurement, Inventory Management)
• Utilize SAP Cloud ALM for requirements, task/project management, process documentation, testing, deployment governance, and operations monitoring
• Drive testing cycles, migration activities, cutover plans, and go-live
• Support enablement, training, and change management activities
• Act as functional lead for procurement workstream in S/4HANA programs
• Mentor junior consultants and manage functional delivery teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external SAP partners
• Use CALM analytics to improve service quality and process performance
• Promote SAP innovations such as digital procurement tools, automation, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Minimum 7 years' professional and project experience in SAP MM and S/4HANA Logistics (procurement to pay and supply chain planning)

• Proven track record as Lead Consultant in SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Activate

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

• Strong experience with Grow with SAP and/or Rise with SAP (must have)
