Overview

As an SAP Lead Consultant - Procurement, you will design and deliver SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions, aligning with SAP Best Practices and cloud delivery methods. You'll lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes across finance, logistics, and sourcing, and integrate CALM, Grow with SAP and Rise with SAP into delivery. You'll mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and promote innovations in procurement tooling. This role combines hands-on configuration with strategic leadership in a multinational setting.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions using SAP Best Practices and industry standards
• Apply SAP Activate across project phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run)
• Integrate Grow, Rise and CALM into delivery, governance, and lifecycle management
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay process with strong cross-functional integration
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops (Activate Explore phase)
• Configure and optimize SAP MM and related procurement modules (Ariba, Central Procurement, Inventory Management)
• Utilize SAP Cloud ALM for requirements, task/project management, process documentation, testing, deployment governance, and operations monitoring
• Drive testing cycles, migration activities, cutover plans, and go-live
• Support enablement, training, and change management activities
• Act as functional lead for procurement workstream in S/4HANA programs
• Mentor junior consultants and manage functional delivery teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external SAP partners
• Use CALM analytics to improve service quality and process performance
• Promote SAP innovations such as digital procurement tools, automation, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Minimum 7 years' professional and project experience in SAP MM and S/4HANA Logistics (procurement to pay and supply chain planning)

• Proven track record as Lead Consultant in SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Activate

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

• Strong experience with Grow with SAP and/or Rise with SAP (must have)

• Deep functional knowledge of procurement, purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, sourcing, and inventory

• Experience running Fit-to-Standard workshops (Activate Explore phase)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead functional teams across multiple countries or business units

• Valid work permit for the Netherlands; Dutch and English proficiency

• Strong leadership and consulting presence

• Initiative and analytical mindset

• Clear communication and ability to simplify complex topics
