Ben jij een analytische en procesmatige aanpakker die gek is op slimme systemen en strakke planningen?

Als Recruitment Operations Operator zorg jij dat ons team van 25 recruiters optimaal kan werken. Jij regelt de centrale dagplanning, bouwt slimme automatiseringen in onze software (o.a. Fountain en Aircall) en bewaakt de proceskwaliteit. Zo stroomlijn je de werving van onze Shoppers die in de FC's orders verzamelen en de Runners die vanuit onze Hubs de bezorgingen verzorgen. Dankzij jouw datagedreven aanpak en systeembeheer verloopt dit wervingsproces razendsnel en efficiënt.

Kunst van het vak

• Slimme werkroosters maken: Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de centrale dagplanning van onze 25 recruiters. Jij zorgt dat op elk moment van de dag precies de juiste mensen de telefoon opnemen, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren of de administratie bijwerken.
• Optimale kandidaat ervaring: Is het ineens heel druk aan de telefoon? Jij ziet live hoe lang sollicitanten moeten wachten en laat snel extra collega's bijspringen, zodat we iedereen binnen 30 seconden te woord staan.
• Verantwoordelijk hulpmiddelen en systemen: Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze software en telefoonsystemen (zoals Fountain, Aircall en Google Sheets). Loopt er iets vast of kan iets handiger? Jij lost het op en stelt het systeem goed in.
• Tijd besparen met slimme oplossingen: Je verzint manieren om handmatig werk te verminderen. Denk aan een systeem waarmee sollicitanten zelf hun afspraak inplannen, of een automatische chatfunctie die veelgestelde vragen beantwoordt.
• Cijfers en overzichten bijhouden: Je volgt precies hoe een sollicitant van de eerste aanmelding tot de eerste werkweek door het proces loopt. Met jouw heldere overzichten weten de andere supervisors precies hoe het recruitmentproces ervoor staat.
• Regels en documenten controleren: Je zorgt dat alle papieren van sollicitanten (zoals werkvergunningen, ID-checks en privacyregels) netjes en volgens de wet op orde zijn.
• Prettige samenwerking: Je stemt dagelijks af met de twee supervisors van het team. Zij coachen de recruiters en bezoeken de locaties, terwijl jij op de zorgt dat de hele operatie op de achtergrond vlekkeloos draait.

Over jou

• Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met het coördineren of optimaliseren van een proces
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en je bent bereid elke dag vanaf ons kantoor in Utrecht te werken
• Je combineert een sterk analytisch en datagedreven inzicht met een praktische, resultaatgerichte aanpak op de werkvloer

Over de functie

As a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer CAM Engineer you will be responsible for creating NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines, as well as providing essential shop floor support to CNC machine operators. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and precise manufacturing of landing gear parts, and you will play a key role in solving machining problems as they arise.

What you'll do

• Develop / optimize NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines using advanced CAM software.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support to CNC operators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the shop floor to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that machining processes meet the required specifications and standards.
• Continuously improve machining processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.
• Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce / eliminate non-conformances.
• Develop / improve standard operation procedures (SOP).

Wie ben jij?

• Bachelor's in engineering (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing Technology).
• 5 Years' experience in a hard metal manufacturing and a passion for precision, multi-axis machining.
• Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
• Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with CNC operators and other team members.

As a Screen Preparation Operator, you play an important role in supporting the efficiency and quality of the screen printing operation. This position involves restoring previously used screens to production-ready condition and preparing new screens by fitting and tensioning mesh to specification. The role requires careful attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards while working with specialized equipment and cleaning materials.
Core Responsibilities

• Restore used screen frames by removing ink deposits, stencil coatings, adhesive residues, and other contaminants.
• Utilize approved cleaning products, pressure-washing systems, and reclaim equipment to return screens to a reusable condition.
• Remove worn or damaged mesh from frames.
• Prepare frame surfaces through cleaning and finishing processes before mesh installation.
• Install and tension new mesh to meet established production and quality requirements.
• Operate reclaiming, cleaning, and stretching equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure tools and machinery remain in proper working condition.
• Verify that reclaimed and newly prepared screens meet required standards.
• Check for defects, damage, residual staining, contamination, or improper mesh tension, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Follow company procedures for the handling, storage, and use of cleaning solutions, adhesives, and related materials.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide practical support to other departments as workloads fluctuate or staffing needs arise.
• Assist in areas such as production preparation, finishing operations, colour preparation, inventory handling, and general warehouse activities when required.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Technical qualification or relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or screen printing.
• Experience with screen stretching, screen preparation, or similar production processes is an advantage.
• Flexible and willing to support different departments as business needs require.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Physically capable of lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating production equipment.
