wie ben jij
Jij bent een kwaliteitsgedreven professional met een scherp oog voor detail. Waar anderen een probleem zien, zie jij een proces dat verbeterd kan worden. Je communiceert makkelijk op verschillende niveaus: van de productievloer tot het management. Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende:

• Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur richting Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde, MER of Logistiek);
• Je hebt een proactieve en klantgerichte werkhouding;
• Je hebt gedegen kennis van kwaliteitssystemen (ervaring met IATF / automotive standaarden is een grote pre);
• Je beheerst de Engelse taal goed, zowel in woord als geschrift.

wat ga je doen
Als Quality Engineer binnen de QA-afdeling (met een speciale focus op de automotive-divisie) ben je de spil in kwaliteitsverbetering. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Met jouw analytische vaardigheden zorg je voor diepgaande analyses en de borging van oplossingen. Jouw belangrijkste taken:

• Je behandelt en analyseert dagelijkse interne afwijkingen en klantklachten;
• Je stelt 8D-rapportages op en zorgt voor een strakke opvolging;
• Samen met operationele en R&D-afdelingen zoek je naar de grondoorzaak (root cause) van problemen;
• Je werkt verbeterplannen uit, implementeert deze en borgt ze in het proces;
• Je spart continu met diverse afdelingen om het kwaliteitsbewustzijn op de werkvloer te vergroten.

wie ben jij
Om het werk als ontvangstcontroleur draaiende te houden, is het belangrijk dat je aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je hebt eigen vervoer om naar locatie toe te reizen in Papendrecht
• Je spreekt Nederlands
• Je bent bereid om in Papendrecht te werken
• Je bent bereid om te starten in dagdienst en daarna over te gaan naar een 2-ploegendienst
• Je bent binnen een maand beschikbaar

wat ga je doen
Als ontvangstcontroleur bewaak je de kwaliteit van inkomende goederen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van inspecties (A, B, C) en het proactief melden van leveranciersafwijkingen aan de supplier quality engineer.

• Je handelt zelfstandig de eerste inspecties af (FAI)
• Je doet verschillende keuringen (A-, B- en C-keuringen) en beheert het magazijn voor afgekeurde spullen (quarantainemagazijn)
• Je schrijft rapporten over niet-conforme producten (Non Conformity Reports)

waar ga je werken
Je gaat aan de slag als ontvangstcontroleur bij Fokker Landing Gear in Alblasserdam, onderdeel van GKN Fokker. Dit is een wereldwijd bekend bedrijf dat hoogwaardige technologie levert aan de luchtvaart, zoals landingsgestellen en onderdelen voor vliegtuigen en helikopters (waaronder de F-35, Apache en NH90).

• Uitzicht op een vast contract bij het bedrijf
• Salaris tot € 3747 per maand, excl. toeslagen
• Wanneer je in twee ploegen gaat werken, ontvang je 15,3% ploegen toeslag

• MBO+ work and thinking level

• Assembling mechanical parts and modules with high accuracy (handling both large parts and fine mechanical components).
