As a warehouse employee, you will work in a glass factory. Here, glasses are continuously produced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! ✨ There are ovens that produce the glasses. Super fun to see! The produced glasses are transported on a production line. As a warehouse employee, you stand at the assembly line where you pick up the glasses and place them in boxes. 📦 You then place these boxes on pallets. After this, the boxes are picked up by your colleague on the forklift. This way, the glasses can be sent to IKEA on time. This makes customers happy! 😃

What will you do
As an all-round warehouse employee, you’ll take on a variety of tasks, including order picking, sorting, packing, and operating both the reach truck and forklift. You’ll start by working with a hand scanner in the order-picking loop, allowing you to get familiar with the products and company processes. From there, you’ll quickly be trained in other essential warehouse tasks to expand your skill set.
Your tasks will be diverse and flexible. When reach truck operations are minimal, you’ll assist with order collection on foot. As a reach truck operator, you’ll also be responsible for picking items directly from the racks, making it a dynamic role where you frequently switch between driving and manual tasks.

Marel operates a vast and dynamic warehouse focused on the design, assembly, and installation of advanced machinery for meat processing, including poultry, fish, and meat. The facility also manages a streamlined logistics process, where parts are picked for in-house production and spare parts are prepared for shipment to customers. You will do the loading and unloading the parcels. Keep in mind that it is physically demanding work, parcels can be heavy. For the heavy parcels, you will work together with a colleague. A brand new building, where you will work as a warehouse employee. There is a good atmosphere around the teams and your colleagues!
Shifts and Working hours:
There are three different ships at DPD Oirschot.
Shift 1: from 14:00 to 22:30
Shift 2: from 18:30 till 03:00 or 04:00
Shift 3: from 22:30 to 07:00
Shift addison's:
from 20:00 until 00:00 normal + 30 %
from 00:00 until 06:00 normal + 45 % Sunday + 50%
Overtime addition:
Overtime 115%, 150%, 165% depends on the day
Where will you work
DPD is a logistic company. DPD receives parcels from individuals and businesses, and then parcels are reloaded from DPD to other destinations.
