Wat je gaat doen As a Plastics Production Worker, you'll support the manufacturing process of industrial plastic packaging.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Assembling plastic container components
• Performing quality inspections on finished products
• Packaging and preparing products for shipment
• Supplying materials to the production line
• Reporting production deviations or technical issues
• Supporting colleagues where needed
• Keeping your work area clean and safe

This is an active role where you'll spend most of the day standing, walking and working with your hands.

You will work in a 5-shift rotation:

• 2 Morning Shifts
• 2 Afternoon Shifts
• 2 Night Shifts
• Followed by 4 consecutive days off

Wat je gaat doen

As an English-Speaking Production Worker, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will set up machines, monitor product quality, and take action whenever deviations or malfunctions occur. Thanks to your technical skills and attention to detail, you will help keep the process stable and ensure that the finished products meet the required quality standards.

You will work independently on your own tasks, but you will not be working alone. Together with your fellow operators, you will help maintain production continuity and contribute ideas for improvements and process optimisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machinery.
• Changing machine setups when switching between production orders.
• Carrying out quality checks and recording measurement data.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing minor maintenance.
• Identifying deviations and taking immediate action when necessary.
• Contributing ideas to improve and optimise the production process.
• Working closely with fellow operators within your shift team.

Wat we je bieden

You will have a full-time position of 38 to 40 hours per week in a modern and sustainable production environment. You will work in a 5-shift system with a 29% shift allowance. You can also expect:

• A gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €4,000, including shift allowance of 29%.

We are looking for an experienced English-Speaking Production Worker with strong technical skills who enjoys working independently and actively contributing ideas to improve the production process. You have:

• An MBO level 2 or 3 qualification, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Technical insight and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• A willingness to work shifts.
• A good command of English. Basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, as it helps with work instructions and communication on the shop floor.
• An accurate, practical, and solution-oriented approach to work.

what will you do

As a plastics production worker, you perform various assembly tasks and are responsible for assembling crucial parts of measuring instruments. You work in a department with ovens, which means you will be dealing with higher temperatures. Due to the weight of the parts, it is essential that you are physically strong. Your duties include preparing tubes: these must be rinsed, go through the oven process, and then be made ready for the next department.

• You are responsible for the assembly of various parts of measuring instruments
• You handle tubes, including coils, the oven process, and preparing them for shipment to the next department
• You work in a department with ovens, which means you will be dealing with higher temperatures
