Als Packing Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt en zorgvuldig verpakkingsproces van aluminium profielen. Je bedient en controleert geautomatiseerde inpaklijnen en verschillende randapparatuur, zaagt profielen op maat en zorgt dat producten volgens voorschrift verzendklaar zijn. Tijdens je werk bewaak je continu kwaliteit en veiligheid, voer je visuele en meetkundige controles uit en rapporteer je afwijkingen direct. Je lost eerstelijns storingen op en ondersteunt bij de logistieke afhandeling van materiaalstromen. De functie vereist praktische inzet, nauwkeurigheid en het vermogen om volgens vastgestelde verpakkingsvoorschriften te werken. Werken in een 3-ploegendienst hoort bij de functie. De werkomgeving is industrieel en gericht op het constant verbeteren van processen en productkwaliteit.

Functie-inhoud

• Bedienen en instellen van geautomatiseerde inpaklijnen en randapparatuur; monitoren van machines en bijsturen bij afwijkingen.
• Zagen, controleren en nauwkeurig verpakken van aluminium profielen volgens verpakkingsvoorschriften en klantorders.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, signaleren van afwijkingen en direct rapporteren zodat producten voldoen aan gestelde normen.
• Eerstelijns storingen opsporen en oplossen; ondersteunen bij logistieke materiaalstromen en laden of verzendklaar maken van orders.

Functie-eisen

• VMBO-werk- en denkniveau met aantoonbaar technisch inzicht en affiniteit met productieprocessen en machines.
• Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré; je kunt verpakkingsvoorschriften lezen en nauwkeurig toepassen.
• Oplossingsgerichte en zorgvuldige werkhouding, verantwoordelijkheid nemen bij afwijkingen en prioriteren van veiligheidsmaatregelen.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, teamgericht werken en bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.

What will you do

What will you do
As a production worker at Ardo there are all sorts of departments where you could work. Together we will figure out which department suits you best! For example: the packing machine. You put boxes in the machine and when there’s a minor malfunction you solve it. In another department you’ll turn big pieces of cardboard into packages for the frozen vegetables. 🍌🥬 You as a production worker are responsible for providing the stores with the best vegetables there are, so the customers can enjoy to the fullest! Yummm!
