If you are ready to take on this challenge, it comes with a top-tier salary of €17.90 per hour (excluding allowances), plus a shift allowance of 29.81% for working in this dynamic 3-shift system.

who are you
To perform this function well, it is important that you, as a production worker, meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English.
• You are available full-time.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• You are willing to work in Tilburg.
• You are able to work in a dark environment.

what will you do
Your workday begins with changing into your workwear and a brief team huddle with your colleagues. After that, you head over to your unique workspace: the darkroom. Because photographic paper is light-sensitive, it is completely dark here. After about fifteen minutes, your eyes will adjust to the darkness and you are ready to get started!

• You load large rolls of paper into the machine that are coated throughout the factory.
• You monitor the process whereby the paper is ultimately rolled up as photo paper.
• You feed in new rolls and skillfully remove the coated rolls from the machine.

Who you are
A hard-working person looking for a job with accommodation in NL and you meet all of the following requirements:

• EU nationality (EU-Passport or ID)
• Speak and understand English A2
• You have a driving license (not mandatory, but a plus)
• You are available for a longer period of time
• You do not mind working in different shifts
• You are able to walk and stand the whole day
• You are have experience with hard physical jobs
• You have to be 1.75 cm and above

What will you do
You will do the loading and unloading the parcels. Keep in mind that it is physically demanding work, parcels can be heavy. For the heavy parcels, you will work together with a colleague. A brand new building, where you will work as a warehouse employee. There is a good atmosphere around the teams and your colleagues!

Shifts and Working hours:
There are three different ships at DPD Oirschot.
Shift 1: from 14:00 to 22:30
Shift 2: from 18:30 till 03:00 or 04:00
Shift 3: from 22:30 to 07:00

Shift addison's:
from 20:00 until 00:00 normal + 30 %
from 00:00 until 06:00 normal + 45 % Sunday + 50%

Overtime addition:
Overtime 115%, 150%, 165% depends on the day

DPD is a logistic company. DPD receives parcels from individuals and businesses, and then parcels are reloaded from DPD to other destinations.
