Who you are
To keep the filling department running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a production worker:

• You are available fulltime;
• You are available in three shifts;
• You have your own transportation to get to Tilburg, such as a bicycle or a car or a scooter;
• You can work in Tilburg;
• You speak English;

What will you do
As a production worker, you are the backbone of our gas filling operation! 🍾 You work directly alongside operators to keep production flying high. Your daily mission includes refilling cap machines, managing empty and full boxes, supplying empty cylinders, and keeping process flow steady. You spot bottlenecks instantly, communicate technical issues, and suggest smart ideas to make your workspace even better! 🗣️

You will work 37,5 hours a week on a rotating schedule! Your working times will be 👇

• ☀️ Morning shift: 07:30-15:00
• ⛅ Afternoon shift: 15:00-23:00
• 🌙 Night shift: 23:00-07:30

what will you do
At QiZiNi in Alphen aan den Rijn, you will step into a diverse role where you prepare the most delicious fresh sandwiches and luxury lunchboxes together with a fun, close-knit team. Your workday will fly by: one moment you are quickly packaging sandwiches at the production line, and the next you are ensuring the transport carts are efficiently set up and ready for departure. Experience is not required, as you will master all the skills in no time with our on-the-job training program.

• Helping at the production line with making and preparing fresh buns and sandwiches
• Packaging the finished products, preparing orders, and ensuring they are ready for transport to customers
• Keeping your workspace neat and clean, and always working according to the strict rules for hygiene and safety
