Do you enjoy practical work, working with your hands and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day? Then this position as a Production Worker in Powder Coating could be a great fit for you.

Together with your colleagues, you make sure metal products are properly finished. You will hang products on the powder coating line, remove them from the production line and check whether they meet the required quality standards. If you notice a defect or irregularity, you report it so the issue can be addressed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Hanging metal products on the powder coating line;
• Removing coated products from the production line;
• Checking products for quality and damage;
• Cleaning and lightly sanding products;
• Performing minor finishing work;
• Identifying and reporting irregularities;
• Keeping your work area clean and safe.

Together with your colleagues, you pack all the cookies. Making sure every box is ready right on time. One box after another rolls down the line. A super active job! 💪

Got the packing part down? Great! Then it's time to grow. You can move on to other departments. Like mixing dough or operating machines. Every day you learn something new. One day you're adding chocolate chunks to the dough, the next you're keeping the machines running smoothly. Your job will stay varied for sure! 🚀

At Merba you'll work in 3 shifts:
🕕 06:00 - 14:00
🕑 14:00 - 22:00
🌙 22:00 - 06:00.

You're guaranteed 3 working days per week, plus 2 reserve shifts. If things get busy, you're called in for extra shifts. Perfect if you like a bit of flexibility!

As a production worker at Plukon in Dronten, you and your colleagues make sure that fresh fruits and vegetables are processed perfectly. Since we work with fresh food, food safety comes first. That’s why there are strict hygiene rules on the work floor: wearing a hairnet is mandatory, and fake eyelashes or nails are not allowed. Within this clean environment, your tasks are pretty varied; no day is the same! Your daily duties include, among other things:

• Preparing and washing fresh vegetables.
