Dan is deze uitdagende functie van Monteur Mechanical in de kunststof- & procesindustrie jou op het lijf geschreven!Als Monteur Mechanical speel je een sleutelrol binnen de maintenance-afdeling. Je werkt in een prettige dagdienst en bent verantwoordelijk voor het in topconditie houden van het complete machinepark.

Functieomschrijving:
In deze veelzijdige functie werk je in de dagdienst aan een hoogwaardig en gevarieerd machinepark binnen de kunststof- & procesindustrie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud op mechanisch, pneumatisch en hydraulisch vlak.

• Analyseren, lokaliseren en zelfstandig oplossen van complexe technische storingen.

• Beoordelen van de technische staat van installaties en de bevindingen rapporteren aan de Teamleader Maintenance.

• Functioneel aansturen van collega’s binnen het maintenance team tijdens onderhoudsactiviteiten.

• Begeleiden van externe partijen en leveranciers bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden op locatie.

• Actief meewerken aan uitdagende verbeter- en vervangingsprojecten.

• Opstellen van heldere machine-instructies en het verzorgen van training on the job.

• Ondersteunen en bij afwezigheid vervangen van de Teamleader Maintenance.

  Functievereisten:
  Om deze verantwoordelijke functie in de dagdienst binnen de kunststof- & procesindustrie succesvol in te vullen, breng je de volgende kennis en ervaring mee:

• Een MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde.

• Aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de kunststof- & procesindustrie.

• Kennis van draaien, frezen, lagertechniek, pneumatiek, hydrauliek en het lezen van technische tekeningen.

• Ervaring met software zoals SAP en MS Office, evenals de bereidheid tot het volgen van vakgerichte cursussen.

• Beschikbaarheid om fulltime in dagdienst te werken.

• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

• Een proactieve instelling met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en een gestructureerde werkwijze (5S).

  Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
  Als Monteur Mechanical in de dagdienst binnen de kunststof- & procesindustrie kun je rekenen op uitstekende primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• Een aantrekkelijk maandsalaris tussen € 3.524,- en € 4.589,- bruto per maand inclusief toeslagen (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring).

• Een vaste fulltime functie in dagdienst met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
