After putting on those bakery whites, there is just enough time for a quick coffee in the canteen before the shift begins. Once it is time to clock in, the journey starts with washing hands and cleaning shoes—safety and hygiene always come first! Together with a team of six motivated colleagues, the planning shows it is time to create those famous Tompouce Croissants. While the production line gets moving, everyone works together to prep the ingredients and keep the flow going.

This is an informal family business where the atmosphere is just as wonderful as the smell of fresh cake. You’ll work in a modern, industrial bakery that is professional and well-structured, but always leaves room for a laugh with your colleagues. Hard work is rewarded here: enjoy free pastries in the breakroom and even a fries stall for the team during busy peaks! Since the bakery is not accessible by public transport, you will need your own transport to get to Panningen. It is a high-energy workplace where you will feel right at home from day one! Je dag begint goed: je pakt een kop koffie, groet je collega’s en loopt naar je machine. Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van de glaslattenzaag. Je stelt de machine nauwkeurig in, wat ervoor zorgt dat elk product perfect de fabriek verlaat—vakwerk waar je trots op kunt zijn! Tijdens de lunchpauze loop je gezellig een rondje met je team of haal je een broodje. Omdat je in dagdienst werkt en een mooi uurloon tussen de 15,50 en 15,80 euro verdient, heb je een fijne balans tussen werk en privé.
