Voor het engineeringteam ben jij als mechanical design engineer onmisbaar. Jij ontwerpt, analyseert en verbetert namelijk mechanische systemen. Dit worden jouw werkzaamheden

• Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van complexe mechanische componenten en draaiende systemen

• Ontwikkelen van technische oplossingen waarbij prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en produceerbaarheid centraal staan

• Uitvoeren van sterkte- en spanningsanalyses ter beoordeling van constructies en componenten

• Selecteren van geschikte materialen voor toepassingen onder hoge mechanische en thermische belasting

• Opstellen van CAD-modellen, technische tekeningen en engineeringdocumentatie

• Samenwerken met collega's van Engineering, Productie en Test om ontwerpen te valideren en verder te optimaliseren

• Actief bijdragen aan ontwerpverbeteringen en continue optimalisatie van producten en processen

  Dit krijg je - Brutosalaris van € 3.200 tot € 3.800 per maand

• Reiskostenvergoeding

• Fulltime baan van 40 uur per week

• Direct op contract bij opdrachtgever

As a mechanical design engineer, you'll be indispensable to the engineering team. You'll be designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems. As a Manufacturing Engineer (Product & Planning), you will be a crucial member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring smooth operational deliveries. You will be responsible for analyzing production characteristics, managing Level 1 (L1) non-conformities, defining temporary production instructions, and preparing dispositions for Level 2 (L2) non-conformities. Your goal? Advancing to a Non-Conformity (NC) approver role while continuously improving production processes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing development and integration for production.
• Resolve issues related to vendor schedules and quality.
• Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective actions to reduce non-conformities.
• Oversee the implementation of tooling and production planning using Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) methodologies.
• Manage product development, first article development, configuration changes, and build process implementation.
• Deliver measurable, results-driven improvements aligned with Operational & Program goals.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.

Wie ben jij?

• Experience in product/process introduction (industrialization) and production process improvements.
• 3 to 7 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• A degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Automotive, or related field).
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills within a global organization.
• Working knowledge of LEAN processes and quality systems (ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000).
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge and experience with hard metals;
• Familiarity with machining processes (milling, mill-turn, boring, honing) and/or surface treatment processes (heat treatment, plating, shot-peen, NDI) is a strict requirement.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

who are you
Engineering is more than just a job to you; it's your passion. As an assembly technician, you recognize yourself in:

• Technical background: secondary vocational education (MBO level 2+) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive or Electronics. Or relevant assembly experience.
• Analytical skills: ability to read technical drawings, parts lists, and pneumatic or electrical schematics.
• Professionalism: highly accurate, quality-oriented, and keen attention to detail.

what will you do
From the raw components to a fully operational machine, you build the technology of tomorrow. Your day-to-day includes:

• Assembly: assembling and mounting high-end machines, mechatronic modules, or sub-assemblies from technical drawings.
• System integration: mounting and connecting components.
• Fine-tuning & testing: precisely adjusting, aligning, and testing built installations to ensure flawless operation.
• Quality control: detecting dimensional deviations and ensuring every end product meets strict quality standards.
• Collaboration & continuous improvement: suggesting process or design enhancements to optimize assembly.
