Qualifications
- Three years of retail and/or consumer service experience
- One year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
- Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Nike Members
- Digital literacy—desire to learn and adapt to technology needs with agilit
- Flexibility and willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business

Purpose of Role
The Store Supervisor contributes to the achievement of the store’s profitability and key performance indicators by
providing customer service aligning with UA service model and accomplishing operational excellence. The Store
Supervisor serves as a coach and mentor to other teammates within a defined delegation of responsibility. This role also
serves as the go-to leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and may have closing and opening
responsibilities.
Your Impact
Sales & Omni
- Supports in driving sales and retail/omni -channel KPI target achievement.• Provides customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
- Brand image & Customer Experience
- Supports in training teammates to provide a service/selling culture unique to Under Armour.

Retail Operations
- Train and lead teammates in the execution of daily operations aligning with UA process and policies.

- Assume Stock Lead responsibilities in the absence of Stock Lead.

Qualifications
- Advanced numeracy, literacy, and advanced communication skills

Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in a sports/ apparel & footwear retail environment
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- High School education or equivalent• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
Physical Requirements
- Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
- Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short breaks
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area

The role, directly reporting into the Retail Manager of the area, will be responsible to drive the business in order to succeed the company’s goal trough the management of a wide team and all the commercial aspects.
The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for achieving commercial targets through an effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product with a specific focus on leading the staff and sort out the managerial activities linked to sales and operational issues. He/she will be responsible for the coordination of the staff in terms of turns, rests, vacations, in order to ensure the proper floor coverage. He/she will be responsible to share the corporate strategies and procedures, to manage client relations and to anticipate and identify customers’ needs. As Store Manager, he/she will play an important role in leading, creating the right culture, developing and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and to convey the proper image of our extra-ordinary brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and implement regular action plans in cooperation with Retail Manager, to develop sales for each product category and clientele and to achieve financial objectives.
- Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationship with VIP clientele. Ensure adequate client and prospect databases.
- Support and manage omni-channel activities (in store pick-up, etc.) ensuring the full compliance with corporate standard and guidelines.
- Meet inventory accuracy, review merchandise assortment on a regular basis. Plan and act to optimize stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demands. Comply with stock protection and maintain loss reduction standards.
- Coach the growth and development of the team in providing excellent and specialized customer service. Evaluates staff performance and provides them with feedback.
- Develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of OTB standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures etc.).
- Streamlines the workflow and creates staff shifts.
- Ensures stores are properly cleaned and maintained (windows, furniture, lighting, etc.). Establishes and maintains a safety
- Management system of the store facility, stocks, equipment.
- Plans and implements sales objectives on a daily and monthly basis.
- Sets up and maintains effective VMD based on the VMD guidelines
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree or above. Previous Store Management experience, preferaby from a luxury brand.
