JOB DESCRIPTION

Als Store Supervisor bij Levi Strauss & Co. krijg je de kans om te werken in een omgeving waar vernieuwing en ideeën alle kansen krijgen. Je vormt de cruciale schakel tussen onze producten en onze klanten, en ondersteunt en ontwikkelt tegelijkertijd onze Stylists.

Essentiële aspecten van de functie:

• Het managementteam ondersteunen en indien nodig vervangen om de KPI’s te realiseren en winstkansen te creëren;
• Individuele dagelijkse en wekelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen vastleggen voor het winkelteam om de winkel beter te doen presteren;
• De KPI’s en teamprestaties opvolgen door verslagen op te stellen en het managementteam op de hoogte te houden;
• De werking van de winkel ondersteunen, onder meer voorraadbeheer, loonkosten, administratie en werkschema’s;
• Helpen om een uitmuntende ervaring te creëren voor de klant door een uitzonderlijke persoonlijke service te bieden en de klant altijd centraal te stellen;
• Het team inspireren, motiveren en ontwikkelen via opleiding, coaching en productkennis.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for Warehouse Workers for Søstrene Grene in Venlo.

As a warehouse worker, you'll ensure the efficient and safe handling of incoming goods, storage, and shipments from Søstrene Grene's warehouse in Venlo. During a typical workday, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock in designated areas of the warehouse

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently for store replenishment and online shipments

• Loading and unloading trucks safely according to lifting and handling guidelines

• Conducting stock checks and inventories to maintain accurate records

• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)

• Driving the reach truck is not a standard part of your duties, but it may occur if necessary.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy work environment

• Reporting damage, discrepancies, or unsafe situations to supervisors

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

• Full-time position of 37 hours per week

Working hours
You will work between 15:00-23:30.

Before you start, you will follow a two-week onboarding and training program. During this period, you will learn everything you need to perform your job properly and independently. You'll get to know Søstrene Grene's way of working, the safety requirements, and your colleagues, so you can start well-prepared.
