Wat ga je precies doen

Als financieel operations specialist draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van onze financiële processen. Je begint met een stevige basis in de financiële administratie en leert onze systemen, processen en organisatie goed kennen. Naarmate je groeit in je functie, krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen richting reporting, financiële analyse en business control. Je helpt ons management met het vertalen van financiële data naar bruikbare inzichten en denkt mee over hoe we onze rapportages en financiële sturing kunnen verbeteren.

Wat je gaat doen:

• verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen en het beheren van crediteuren;
• uitvoeren van betalingen en banktransacties;
• ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen;
• signaleren en analyseren van financiële afwijkingen;
• opstellen van financiële analyses en rapportages om het management te ondersteunen bij besluitvorming.

Wat bieden we jou

• Salaris tussen €3.250 en €3.750 per maand.
• Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast.
• Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur.

Functie-eisen

Ben jij analytisch sterk, cijfermatig onderlegd en klaar om te groeien in een financiële rol? Dan zoeken wij jou!

• Afgeronde opleiding in finance of bedrijfskunde (MBO 4).
• Ervaring in een financieel administratieve functie.
• Handig met automatisering, AI, PowerBI en databases.
• Comfortabel met werken in het centrum van Dordrecht.

Over de vacature

As a Supply Chain Specialist for the CEMEA region at NIKE, you will drive operational excellence to serve consumers across the connected marketplace. You will deliver results towards operational KPIs, specifically focusing on service, convenience, sustainability and profitability. In this role, you are accountable for driving and enabling end-to-end logistics in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and North Africa distributor markets.

what will you do
You will utilize your strong account management and commercial experience to drive efficient operations and mutually profitable growth. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Driving operational excellence through transactional and executional activities across relevant Nike systems, tools and reports to meet financial and operational targets.
• Supporting and helping drive service model differentiation and operational performance in partnership with EMEA Logistics and Transportation teams.
• Acting as a key partner to both external partner teams and internal seasonal execution teams to ensure smooth execution of all pre, in and post-season activities, including responsive, order entry, OBR, shipping and delivery.
• Representing supply chain in cross-functional teams to ensure a balanced marketplace and mutual profitable growth, while influencing mechanics of inventory management.
• Acting as a change agent for transformational initiatives through hands-on contribution and quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement.
• Identifying and leading small-sized initiatives by applying project management tools and skills.
• Leading and taking responsibility for the end-to-end logistics processes, spanning from after shipment release to documentation archiving.

where will you work
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
