Als Field Service Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig inbedrijf stellen, repareren en onderhouden van apparatuur bij voornamelijk Hyperscale datacenters in de regio Amsterdam. Je hebt affiniteit met; het werken met je handen, onderzoeken van technische problemen, het beter maken van installaties en alles wat met datacenters, computer- en control rooms heeft te maken. Daarnaast heb jeorganisatorische vaardigheden en je behoudt te allen tijde het overzicht. Je voert hierbij de werkzaamheden op een veilige manier en in overeenstemming met het vastgestelde veiligheidsbeleid uit. Controle van de uitgevoerde opdracht gebeurt volledig en nauwkeurig. Je registreert je werkzaamheden online, dan wel op papier. Je bent proactief en zoekt altijd naar de beste oplossing. Je draagt zorg vooroptimale technische ondersteuning bij de klant. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en dus het visitekaartje.

Taken en omvang werkzaamheden:

• Je voert werkzaamheden op laagspanningsverdelers uit, te weten: installatie, inbedrijfstellen, testen en de installatie overdragen aan de klant;
• Je onderzoekt en lost problemen of defecten op aan laagspanningsverdelers;
• Je levert documentatie op voor project- of onderhoudsactiviteiten bij de klant;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede communicatie met de klant, onderaannemers en verschillende afdelingen;
• Je hebt het inzicht om voortgang en tijdgebonden aspecten van het projecten te kunnen monitoren en waarborgen;
• Je bent bekend met administratieve processen en verantwoordelijkheden zoals work-permits en method-statements en je kan deze documenten opstellen of beoordelen;
• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor veilig werken aan en om elektrische installaties;
• De werkzaamheden en projecten waar je aan werkt vinden plaats binnen de Benelux;
• Je loopt op regelmatige basis mee in de storingsdienst.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

• Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met het werken in een technische service omgeving;
• In het bezit van een rijbewijs;

• In het bezit van certificaten als VCA-(Vol) en NEN3140/NEN3840;

Onze opdrachtgever, een snelgroeiende Europese speler in de datacentersector, is op zoek naar een Development Manager die verantwoordelijkheid zal dragen voor de succesvolle ontwikkeling en realisatie van datacenterprojecten, van concept tot oplevering. Dit betreft zowel green field als uitbreidingsprojecten van bestaande datacenters.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met een Design Manager en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technische detail ontwerp, de coördinatie van de contracten, de uitvoering en het behalen van de benodigde vergunningen. Je stuurt het engineeringteam aan, werkt samen met architecten en adviseurs en zorgt ervoor dat het project op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt ook nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders en zorgt voor de afstemming van de interne goedkeuringsmomenten en besluitvorming.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Leidinggeven aan de engineering-, inkoop- en realisatiefase van datacenterprojecten in samenwerking met het designteam, architecten en adviseurs.
• Het ontwikkelen van een integraal technisch ontwerp, inclusief het verkrijgen van de nodige vergunningen en het uitwerken van de contractstrategie.
• Het initiëren van waarde-engineering en het vertalen van deze initiatieven naar beslissingsdocumenten.
• Het leiden en motiveren van de bouwteams en het beheren van de projectfasen op basis van tijd, kosten, kwaliteit en risico.
• Begeleiden van de brandveiligheid, beveiliging, telecommunicatie, HVAC- en elektrotechnische systemen van het project.
• Zorgen voor een succesvolle samenwerking met de Data Center Operations afdeling tijdens de oplevering van het datacenter.

Jouw profiel

• Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring met het leiden van complexe, kritieke projecten, bij voorkeur in de datacenter-, farmaceutische of ziekenhuissector.
• Een afgeronde Bacheloropleiding in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde).
• Ervaring met datacenterontwerpen volgens Uptime Tier III, EN50600 en TÜV TSI Standard.
• Je bent een hands-on projectmanager die het voortouw neemt bij het oplossen van technische vraagstukken en altijd de kwaliteit bewaakt.
• Kennis van BIM-modellen (AutoCAD, Revit) en documentbeheersystemen is een pré.

who are you
As a warehouse worker at FedEx in Eindhoven you recognize yourself in the following:

• You are available for 5 days a week
• You can work from 5;30 AM till 09:30 AM
• You have a good command of the English or Dutch language
• You have your own transportation to work in Eindhoven
• You are physically able to lift boxes weighing up to 23 kilos if necessary

what will you do
As a warehouse worker, you will perform a variety of tasks. You will put boxes on the belt, scan and sort packages by zip code. You will manually unload the boxes from the trucks. So the work as a warehouse worker is varied but physically demanding. You walk and lift a lot. The advantage is that you don't have to go to the gym anymore!

You can choose which days you want to work. It is important that you are available for at least 3 days a week.

The standard working hours are from 05:30 to 09:30. Ensure you see no obstacles to requesting a VOG. (Certificate of Conduct). It is important to have a DigiD to request, otherwise the process will take longer.

where will you work
FedEx is an international carrier of packages. Every week, FedEx transports 4.4 million packages, documents and freight to 200 countries. FedEx has one of its distribution centers in Eindhoven, where you will be working as a warehouse employee. This is where the trucks are unloaded, the packages sorted and the trucks reloaded.
