• Je hebt een MBO-2 diploma met minimaal 1,5 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed (minimaal B2-niveau).
• Je hebt basiservaring met MS Office en kunt vlot overweg met bedrijfssoftware.
• Je bent kwaliteitsgericht, nauwkeurig en flexibel ingesteld.
• Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en klaar om te werken in een twee ploegen rooster. 07:30 tot 15:00 en 15:30 tot 23:30.

wat ga je doen
Als startend medewerker binnen ons Operations team ben jij de administratieve motor die zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Onder directe begeleiding voer je dagelijkse routinetaken uit die direct bijdragen aan de productiedoelen van de afdeling. Je volgt hierbij duidelijke processen om de nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit van onze farmaceutische producten en ingrediënten te garanderen. Een afwisselende rol waarin je de kneepjes van het vak leert en jezelf volop kunt ontwikkelen!

De werkzaamheden zullen als volgt zijn:

• Uitvoeren van administratieve processen volgens de standaard operationele procedures (SOP's) en GMP-richtlijnen.
• Ondersteunen van het interne team bij de verwerking van ingrediënten en (nieuwe) farmaceutische producten.
• Nauwkeurig documenteren van je dagelijkse activiteiten en het registreren van statusverschillen.
• Proactief signaleren en escaleren van eventuele problemen of afwijkingen naar je leidinggevende.
• Leren en toepassen van methoden voor procesverbetering om de veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning te optimaliseren.

• You will operate and monitor various machines for the high-quality production of lighting poles

who are you
As a production worker, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• you can work full-time on a 5-shift rotation
• you have your own car, bicycle, or scooter to get to work
• you speak and understand Dutch or English

what will you do
You’ll be working in the injection molding department, where tubes and fittings are manufactured. As a production worker, you’ll be responsible for the finishing work on these tubes and fittings. This includes, for example, inserting a ring into a tube. You’ll also help load products into the machines and move bins using a stacker. Don’t worry if you don’t have a certificate yet—you can earn one at Dyka.

Do you have the ambition to advance to an operator role? If you’re interested and have the right aptitude, you’ll receive in-house training to become an operator. As an operator, you’ll be responsible for the production process. You’ll troubleshoot issues and discuss them to improve the process. You’ll also package and transport the finished products.

You’ll be working on a 5-shift rotation. This means you’ll work 6 days and then have 4 days off. The shifts are from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
