As an operator 3 shifts, you will contribute to the production of high-quality flavors and fragrances that enhance everyday products. Working in a dynamic environment, you will ensure that raw materials are accurately weighed and processed according to recipes. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.

What You Will Do:

• Weighing: ensure raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) are accurately measured and prepared for production.
• Following instructions: adhere to recipes and production guidelines to maintain product quality.
• Mixing: combine and prepare raw materials to create finished products.
• Monitoring: oversee machine operations and report any irregularities to the team leader.
• Shifts: work in a 3-shift system (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00) to support continuous production.

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €17.73, excluding shift allowance.
• Shift allowance: 20.5%, bringing your total gross hourly wage to €21.36.
• Contract: Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position.
• Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Vacation days: 25 days per year.
• Holiday allowance: 8%.
• Year-end bonus: Fixed bonus of 8.77%.
• Individual Choice Budget (IKB): According to the applicable employment conditions.
• Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometre.

As an Assistant Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you will play an important role in preparing raw materials for the production process. You will work with various ingredients and carefully follow recipes and procedures to ensure that products are prepared safely and according to specifications. You will combine physical work with operating equipment and administrative tasks. Using a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale, you will weigh and process raw materials according to specific recipes and quality standards. What will you do?

• Collect and prepare raw materials based on specific recipes;
• Accurately weigh and process raw materials using a mobile workstation with an integrated scale and computer;
• Check materials and quantities against production and quality requirements;
• Work according to established procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards;
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized;
• Register production activities and relevant data in the systems;
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

Working Hours – 3-Shift Schedule:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

Functie-eisen

• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
• Atleast 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator (experience in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable environment also fits well)
• Proficiency in Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level
• A precise and safety-conscious mindset, taking responsibility for the quality of your work
• Physical fitness, no trouble lifting up to 20kg, and no issue working in an environment with strong-smelling flavorings
• Independent transportation to reach the production location in Tilburg for all shifts.
