what will you do
As a Process Operator in our 2-shift rotation, you start your day together with your colleagues during the shift handover. From there, you ensure the production process runs efficiently and react promptly to any alerts that might disrupt the flow. Together with your team, you are responsible for uncoiling and cutting metal plates to size. You work closely with your teammates to keep production running and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization. Above all, you perform these tasks with great care and prioritize a safe working environment.

what will you do
In the welding department at Brink, you will start by professionally welding tow bar components. You have technical insight and an eye for detail. This is particularly important when checking welds to ensure that every product meets the quality requirements. Once everything is perfect, the product moves on to the next department.

After mastering these skills, you will dive into the world of welding robots. As an operator, you will learn how to operate, set up, and use the robot independently. From placing parts in the mold to troubleshooting minor malfunctions and performing daily maintenance, you will grow into a true expert in the process.

Brink is the specialist in designing, manufacturing, and selling tow bars and accessories for passenger cars. You will work in a permanent team with a clear schedule, working the morning shift one week and the evening shift the next.

Working hours (2 shifts):
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. to midnight
Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Your tasks will be diverse and flexible. When reach truck operations are minimal, you’ll assist with order collection on foot.
